worst fast food experience in a year.

absolute garbage of a wendys. 2 cars at drive through. waited 5 minutes for car in front, then nobody at the speaker. waited another 5 minutes. only to find out there was no vanilla frosty. was offered chocolate. said ok and then pulled forward and the same car was waiting in front as well as another car in front of that.

probably being run by a single employee in charge of everything. pure trash. food: wrong, service: trash, atmosphere: crap waiting

We bought our food here last night and we didn’t notice until we left that our daughter’s milk is already opened. I thought my husband opened it but my husband said,no he didn’t. It’s disrespectful to me that this milk were gonna give it to our daughter is already opened and she’s just 18months old. And also the milk is already in half and it’s already opened. I’m not coming back to this place.

By far the coolest chilliest Wendy’s I’ve been to and I travel a lot. I first noticed the outdoor dinning area. Nice! Bonus on the entry way sink, great for employees and people who just want to wash their hands and not hold up the stall. PLUS, PLUS! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! They need more restaurants like this. The restaurant layout is nice! Staff was amazing and my food was out quick and hot. I gave 4 stars because my lettuce was soggy. (Maybe they rinsed it too much?)

I would like to clarify my understanding of the situation. I spent $60 at Wendy’s for my construction team’s meal, and instead of being informed that a drink carrier was unavailable, I was met with a lack of greeting and a negative attitude at the drive-thru window. It appears the owner may need to address the consistently low Google ratings by implementing improved associate training, as the current level of service is unsatisfactory.

This store is always clean. The staff always has great hospitality. Very attentive. The manager today ( 1/11/26 @ 1-2:30) while we were there was great. She addressed guests, held interviews, and served. Amazing job.

I just wanna say I am highly disappointed at this location I just simply ordered a biggie bag and my food was not fresh my nuggets were very hard and what really upsets me is I was given a premade hamburger not a fresh one I specifically asked
For fresh food the burger is smushed and looks not done

This was the best Wendy’s for about 3 months after they opened. After the owners left management of the restaurant to employees it has declined sharply. It is hit or miss now with service being the main issue. Online ordering by phone or kiosk often doesn’t work and they have 1 register open with a line. I wish it was managed properly like it’s neighboring competitor McDonald’s. Wendy’s has premium by comparison but McDonald’s is more consistent.

HORRIBLE service, just rude overall. We put in an online order, they told us their online order system was down (totally fine), didn’t give any further explanation. Just left it at that. I canceled the online order and we ordered at the window, pulled around and paid for our food. Lady took our card and slammed the window door. Took our payment and slammed it again. My partner asked for our receipt and she, in a VERY rude tone just told us to pull around. Very condescendingly. Pulled around to the next window and they didn’t speak to us, just handed us our food and closed the door. We didn’t get the receipt, which sucks because now I can’t put it in and get the points on the app. Food was meh, I was missing a nugget, which isn’t a huge deal. Hope they sort this out and do better in the future.

The speaker volume was set too low, and every time I listed an item for my order the worker kept saying “is that it?” despite me saying it was a large order. I wasn’t given a total, just told to drive around. At the second window, since the first windows was covered up, they handed me my drinks. When asked for a cupholder, they said they were out. So now I have to juggle several individual drinks. I paid and was given my card back without a receipt. They handed me my food and I mentioned I was missing a drink. They initially handed me the drink for a different customer and asked for it back before giving me the correct drink. When I asked for a receipt, they said that the receipt printer was broken. Overall their attitude was dismissive and lackluster, even for fast food restaurants.

Got a dave single with cheese the burger didn’t have cheese it was a plain burger. Also order 4 pc chicken tenders they gave me 4 pc nuggets. The customer service is poor and they dont pay attention to order details. Management needs to step in.
