Lived in Marshall most of my life and tried all the BBQ joints around. When “The Brick” opened up I found my forever BBQ! The ribs are always extra meaty & juicy with just the right amount of fat! All the other menu items I had tried were equally as good! You won’t be disappointed! Sometimes the favorites sell out before closing, best to call if you want something specific.

I’m so glad I found this place, food is simply amazing. Bursting with flavors, fresh and can taste the love put into even the most simple dish like frijoles.. Please try the molcajete and pair it with a big, perfectly chilled mug of Dos XX. It’s heaven, served in volcanic rock bowl, sizzling with goodness at an unbeatable price. Interior is rustic, modest and clean, staff have genuine smiles, Margaritas are huge and yummy and Conjunto Norteño puts you in the right mood.
Marshall MO is a dump, but this restaurant puts it in the center of the map.

Food is ok not the best or the worst I have ever had. Service was slow even tho it was only us and one other table. Would take our cups to refill them then forget about them. The first cheese dip was watery then the second one was really thick. Hit and miss on how the food tastes depending on what day you visit.

Carnitas dinner was the most generous portions I’ve ever had for $12 and the Carnitas was tender but yet had the best crunchy bark on it. Absolutely the BEST Mexican food experience.

Great spot to grab Mexican food in Marshall, MO. I ordered the Pollo Bandidio (grilled chicken with queso and a side of only rice) and absolutely loved the plate! A table favorite was Pollo Feliz. Service was spectacular. We always had fresh chips and salsa.

For the restaurant being nearly empty, service should’ve been much better. Only seen our waiter maybe 3 times.
The food was typical of a mexican restaurant, same ‘ol thing and nothing more.
There wasn’t even any Mexican music or any type of music for that matter.
The exterior of the building needs some serious help. In need of a paint job for sure.
There is a sign hanging on the wall saying they offer a Veteran discount, so being the veteran I am, I showed my ID. The price of our meal never changed.
