I ordered the combo plate. It comes with a taco, tamale, and a tostada. All with your choice of meat. It came with rice and beans and your choice of hit sauce. By no means was the food great, but I have had worse. In the end, it’s your decision to give the place a try or not.

Very new restaurant, they need your support. Let’s keep this place open. The rice was perfectly cooked, not too hard not too soft. Easily the best I’ve had in quite some time. The enchilada’s were so good they taste like candy (had the red ones) and the beans were also perfect. Very polite well mannered staff and very clean. Don’t be surprised to see the styrofoam, and the cans of pop, remember they are still very new. They also have hand dipped ice cream! Very awesome and very recommended. Nice and quiet too!

The owners are extremely polite and very welcoming. My wife absolutely loves eating here. When they re-opened my wife was so happy and we went and got tacos that day when i got home from work. Just went and got her the taco dinner special today which is so worth $7. So glad they are back open!!

The owners are very rude. They Charged me 4.50 for one small Verde sauce and 2extra small salsas. I asked for Verde and got one when I paid for 2 and that’s supposed to be complimentary. I go to La Tiendita always but my Daughter tried it n liked the tacos. We went back twice and the last visit was horrible. Do not give them your buss they aren’t as good as it can be and definitely do not care about losing customers over Verde sauce. I had even sent a few friends there and never again will I recommend or go to this place. They really suck. They do have good tamales though. God knows how fresh they are though. You lost my business.

Edit* update, I changed my 2 star review to a 1 star because my son and I both got extremely sick from this place, both of us had strong food poisoning symptoms within hours of eating here, throwing up, diahrea, stomach pain and very sick. I strongly advise not to eat here unless you enjoy getting food poisoned and violently I’ll! Will never eat here again!

Top notch food, top notch people. Best chicken quesadilla I’ve ever had. Best super nachos I’ve ever had. The avocado slices and sour cream drizzle are a brilliant and delicious touch I’ve never seen before. This place is awesome

I saw this place by accident, after visiting the Dollar Tree in the same mini mall… They have a flashing “open” sign and a couple of hand written posters in the windows for advertising. I have missed them for months… I believe in supporting local businesses, the area needs an authentic Mexican restaurant so, I gave them a shot. The “authentic” Mexican hard taco shells were boxed Ortega… The rice, was cooked correctly but sadly had zero flavor. I was hoping this would have been even just decent and would save us the drive to Dearborn Heights when we want great, authentic, Mexican. It does not.

This place food is horrible! They say authentic but it’s not. The ground beef taste like “school lunch ground beef meat” on Tuesdays. They don’t understand English, so my order was jacked up. I can go on and on, but I choose not too. I will not order from here again! P.S I didn’t want to give them any “Stars”

This casual dinning place serves good authentic Mexican food. I love the different varieties of meals and deserts you can have. Staff here seem happy to serve you and answer any questions you might have. Overall its a pretty good experience.

There is not one thing authentic about this place. Might as well go to taco bell its definitely better than this place. Whoever claims that this place has good food either has no taste buds or never had real authentic Mexican food or both.
