By looking at this Hawaiian you would think I paid at least $15 bucks at little ceasers or Prontos, but no this is from Pizza Hut. I paid $30 bucks for this. Which if it was better quality than what you get at the other places would be totally worth it and I would have no problem paying for it, but is not. I could have walked down to pronto a block away and paid the $30 for both the pepperoni and the Hawaiian. And the quality would had been maybe better. First the $30 Hawaiian pizza doesn’t have enough cheese, the ham is lousy and the jalapeños which were charged extra are as rare as a steak. The $20 pepperoni pizza is the same, lacks cheese and in parts is missing pepperoni. Why do I insist in buying over priced pizza when I could pay half at the other prices????? Because I remember when the Hut was actually good and worth every penny. Pizza Hut the era of expensive pizza is over you gotta up your quality or else will definitely go out of business. The $13 wings were decent and I don’t mind paying for those they were worth it. But when I can pay half for a pizza as good as yours elsewhere…why would I come back here???? Am sorry but my $90 total was outrageous and just plain sad because the pizzas were lacking. Please deliver on your prices or close your business. You come from a time when you were one of a few options but now, we can find better pizza without the high prices.

Cold cardboard box wrong topping. Took it back to the store mngr would not refund. He threw the pizza at us and chased us out the store.

Horrible management and staffing its a friday and they dont have anyone but 2 people working here i placed my order almost an hour in advance which was just a small $5 craftz pizza I show up and they say itll be another 20 minutes, like are u serious maybe dont accept order until you’ve caught up if your that far back ??? The whole point of calling in an order is to get ur order done the way u want it and be satisfied. I called my order in for a pepperoni and half ham with EASY sauce KEY word “EASY” I go to pick my pizza up and usually my orders rite and usually the employee shows me my order wen I order but this time she didn’t show me my order and for some reason I forgot to check .I get home ready to eat open the pizza and it looked like if I had asked for extra sauce I call back and was put on hold for more the 30 min I waited and soon enough I got tired of waiting i over heard the worker tell her coworker the didn’t have orders so i don’t understand wat took so long to answer…..hopefully this is not the way this place runs there business my family are while I went to go get something different

Bad service its been two times they make my pizza wrong. Today they made my pizza plain crust when i had order garlic butter flavor when i called the employee said its not a big issue when they don’t put the flavor on the crust. Asked me to take my pizzas back so they could add the flavor on my crust. I don’t have time to do that. Bad service bad employees.

If I could give zero stars I would. The driver is very unprofessional, my pizzas and other orders have been completely smashed, and they handled it very poorly. Terrible!

I dont know what happen to the stuff crust pizza but this evening it was like thin crust and verry little cheese in the stuffing and man!!! I paid $37.00 for both not a good deal! I remember this pizza was the bomb back in the days!! You guys need to fix this pizza or else Little Ceasars here we come!! bye bye Pizza Hut!!

I don’t usually give reviews and specially negative reviews, but man they deserve no stars what so ever. I have work in customer jobs for a while and I understand the pressure of the customer but they have no right to be so disrespectful.I order a pizza online to carryout.I get there and they told me they didn’t have my pizza because who knows why. They try to justify by saying they called me and no one picked. When I had a confirmation and I had wait for at least 45min. They decided to walk away from the window.I didn’t even care about the pizza anymore, I just thought they were plain rude.
