HORRIBLE!! Ordered delivery through Postmates. Took over an hour to arrive and was never told it had been delivered. Instead it was left outside on the floor, box bare on the ground, with a Coca Cola bottle (clearly) thrown on top which created a dent on the box. Furthermore, the box was wet, pizza extremely cold, and coke bottle exploded upon opening. An ABSOLUTE HEALTH HAZARD. Meals are meant to be kept at certain temperatures so they don’t spoil and it wasn’t practiced accordingly by this store. Do not recommend. You will just waste your money, bc they will refuse to give you a refund and make it impossible to even request one. Save your money, eat something else.

Horrible experience today. Ordered 4 pan pizzas and 1 thin crust large pizza.
Went there after 25 minutes. Not even a single pizza that I ordered was started. The oven had nothing in it. The three guys there were just having great socializing event kind of discussion. Waited for another 20 minutes and asked about my order. They realized that they did not do the large thin crust. Waited for another 15 minutes. They gave all 5 pizzas.
None of the pizzas were cut. One pizza had full of jalapeños. Second pizza had pineapple dumped in the center. Third pizza had missing toppings. Fourth and fifth pizzas had toppings dumped as well but not like first or second pizza. Little less. But more than usual.
Asked about how can we eat this. One responded casually that he can provide one free pizza when I go there next time.
Why would I or why will someone go after an experience like this?

I asked for the New York style. And the pizza taste like regular pizza nothing different.I love Domino’s Pizza. But the only thing they don’t know how to do is read the order. I asked for well done and It did not come well done. They always have a issue with my pizza.If it’s not well done, they forget to put tomato sauce when they have a lot of tomato sauce.They forget to do it well done. And when everything is okay with the pizza they forget to bring the coke.
I will rate this store 0, bad customer service. awful attitude, unprofessional and the worst part the pizza dough is raw , watery and mushy. so disappointed, what the employees are doing there ? they are not baking properly the dough. they should close this store they are going to get people sick by giving them raw pizza.There is only one guy who knows how to do my pizza the correct way there. Very bad service. The people who work here are very slow. I spent 15 minutes at the counter trying to order. They took my order and told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. 35 minutes went by and a simple pizza wasn’t ready. The pizza maker was very dirty. He doesn’t use gloves to cook, he was scratching his nose, scratching his back. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Probably the worst most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had I ordered a well done Alfredo and steak pizza and it came a nasty sloppy soupy mess in a box drenched in Alfredo. The driver called once waited two minutes then left instantly and after I called back right away he had already left then made me wait outside a while for him to come back. I paid in card and tipped before hand which is probably why he didn’t care to stick around and actually wait 2 minutes for me to get it, either pay in cash or just don’t order from here. A total disgrace.

I ordered 3 pizzas and cheesr bread and lava cakes. One pizza was supposed to be half bacon and as you can see its barely a third. Next one pizza was supposed to be mushrooms and chicken and instead was a mess. I cant believe i paid for this. Thanks a lot for not helping on Christmas. I wish i could get my money back.

Not the type to leave reviews ever but this place took the cake. Please have a district manager and clean house. I walked in and was greeted by a gentleman who stated several types he was a deliver man and someone will help me soon. Heavy set gentleman came to the front after preparing a few pizzas. Didn’t bother greeting or apologizing for the wait and said “what do u want to order”
He touched my change and went right back to make dough with the same hands. A few customers came and waited around for a long time! I left and still they were helped. I just got home and realized they gave me someone else’s order.

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with Domino’s. Ronald, the delivery driver, was beyond rude and unprofessional. Not only did he give a sarcastic ‘thank you’ for the tip I provided, but he had the audacity to say, ‘I hope the next time I get a better tip.’ The entitlement and lack of respect were absolutely appalling.
To make matters worse, I called the store to report the incident, and they couldn’t care less. All they said was that they’d ‘write him up’—no apology, no resolution. When I asked for the corporate number to escalate the issue, they outright refused, clearly trying to protect their rude driver instead of addressing the situation properly.
This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable. Domino’s should be ashamed of allowing such unprofessional behavior from both their staff and management. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and advising others to do the same.

On 07/13/2025 I ordered my usual online it was a parmesan crusted XL pizza with cheese breads and dessert. the pizza was dried and the appearance was gross. It looked like they cooked it too much that it was inedible. Instead of actually saying they would be glad to make the pizza again and send one because in the past it has been really quite good. What was suppose to be a fun pizza night for my employees turned into a nightmare for me when I found out about it. I called and no one would answer the phone. I will never order from this place again. A company should always be proud of their product and it if is not answer the phone and explain to the customer. We would all understand a glitch and make it all better.
