We had an amazing experience at Mexican Delight in Valletta! As vegetarians, it’s often hard to find a good variety—but this place absolutely nailed it!
We tried the Vegetarian Enchiladas, Vegetarian Quesadilla, and the Nachos, and every bite was bursting with flavour. The food was super tasty, fresh, and full of authentic Mexican spices. ️
The menu had lots of vegetarian options, and everything we ordered was beautifully presented and generously portioned. The staff were friendly and helpful too, which made the whole experience even better.
Highly recommend this gem if you’re in Valletta and craving something delicious and vegetarian-friendly!

I ordered crispy chicken tacos and they were delicious. Size of the portion was just right, spicy filling tasted really well.

Food is terrible and expensive. Please don’t be fooled by good reviews. These were the least flavorful tacos ever. And who knows what this runny sweet “sour cream” actually is. Chicken is the typical artificial tasting stuff. It’s in the market hall, which is kind of a nice environment. People that work there are nice but food is no Beuno.

I wouldn’t call the burritos ‘fabulous’, as another reviewer did. They were fine, nice, even, I was not at all unhappy with them – but there are better burritos throughout all of Europe (basically, any high-rated dedicated Mexican restaurant), and this doesn’t compare at all to the burritos you find in Mexico. Again, they were honestly nice, but don’t go in expecting to find the quality you find in Mexico.
The fries were average.
You get a buzzer when you order, which will buzz when your food is ready, so that you can go pick it up. Be prepared for dirty tables, too.

Fabulous beef burrito. Adjusted the spice level to my requirements (hot). Good fries on the side. A little more guacamole would have been appreciated.
No vege burrito on the menu, but they said they could make me one if I requested.
