We just came through right before they closed and the wait time wasn’t bad at all, but I scanned the bag before we drove off to make sure we have sauces in the bag and we had no sauce in the bag that we asked for had to wait there until somebody saw us to ask for the sauces. We didn’t realize until we got home We were missing our three-piece crispy strips and our four piece chicken nugget, my quarter pounder was requested with no pickles and they gave us extra pickles, my son also got a Mc double cheeseburger no pickle and again pickles were on the sandwich. I usually have very good ratings of this place. They never mess up but the last couple times we’ve been by they’ve been absolutely awful. I tried calling because I thought they were open 24/7 but realized they were closed and nobody could fix their mistake. Unfortunately, we can’t eat any of it so we’re having to go to bed hungry because it’s past 12 at night and we don’t have simple things to fix at home.

I have Never seen a manager to treat employees the way The manager at this location was treating their employees. She got mad at one worker And got onto him very harshly In the lobby over The fact that he did not offer McRibs to the customers he serves. To be honest, I don’t want Someone throwing a sandwich in my face anyway I know what I want. So that was not cool, But she was also walking around telling everyone to do stuff “ Get on the fries” “ Stop standing around do xyz” Well, she was fully capable of stepping up and doing it. And then on top of that She openly and loudly said That she should fire half of the employees, who were working there best to please her. And it’s not like it was running fluently, it took 10 minutes for me to get a mcchicken. She stopped multiple people while they were doing something to criticize them. I would just never want to work there, and I probably won’t be going back to order food, Because it was honestly horrible listening Too her degrade her employees Well, I’m waiting for my McChicken. She was an older lady, I think she had a blue phone case, she was wearing black pants. Older lady. Definitely does not need to be a manager, she clearly thinks way too highly of herself to help anyone, just talk down on them while they are working.

Stay away from this mcdonalds!!! They never get your order right!!! Even if you place a pick up order through the app they wil have you wait for over 10 minutes when you get there! Then when you yell them the order is incorrect and they take the bag back to fix the issue it comes back wrong again!!!! The fries are NEVER hot, the food is always wrong and be ready to wait for anything you order including a small fries. It’s not rocket science its fast food but it is always wrong no matter what!!!!!

Ordered sausage egg and cheese biscuits . The biscuits were hard but other than that everything was good. Service was great, employees were friendly and helpful. They just need to be more aware of how long they bake their biscuits and how long they have been sitting under the heat light

I bought a kids meal, got a chicken sandwich instead of a cheeseburger in my kids meal, the large fry fit better in the kids meal fry box and the “extra fry” instead of apple slices is non existent. The food is old and cold because I ordered online to pick up in the store, I arrived at the store at 1045pm and they literally closed the door in my face and told me to go through the drive through to pick my food up-instead of handing it to me. The drive thru was wrapped around the gas station and after waiting for 15 mins I called and asked if they could bring it out since it’s getting cold or if I can have a refund- the woman refused to refund my money she screamed at me and told me the manager was asleep, then hung up when I asked her what the lobby hour’s actually are since they closed before 11- and Google says 24hours. Then when I got the food- the cheeseburger happy meal turned out to be a mcchicken plain and a small fry (no apples no nothing but the wrong sandwich and wrong size fry. And then when I pulled out the “large fry” I ordered you can’t even see the fries sticking out because they put enough to fill my small bag in the happy meal. This is taking money from people- you can’t take peoples money and give them the wrong food or none at all and then refuse any type of refund. UNACCEPTABLE! If you can’t do your job close it down. I can’t even eat this mess they gave me. I want my money back. It shouldn’t be legal to operate a business if you can’t issue refunds for this service and bad food.

So maybe update your app and Google not to reflect 24hours? Also I was told they needed the physical food back in order to issue any type of refund, even though it happened the night before(who keeps nasty food sitting on the counter-which also makes me worried about their food safety yikes) but either way I was told NO refund and they couldn’t anyways because my mobile order and payment was on the previous end of day—when I tried to handle the situation in THE FIRST PLACE! They kept saying the owners have a policy for no refunds, do the owners know how terrible YOUR service and food actually is?? UNACCEPTABLE.

I go here every day and get 2 large mocha frappes. Ever day the amount of frappe gets lower and lower. If I’m gonna pay almost $5 per drink I would expect it to be a full cup otherwise use a different size cup. I may start going to Dunkin at least there if I pay $5 per drink I get a full drink.

The McDonald’s in Hampton, TN is by far the BEST one at making Carmel frappes….. So if anyone enjoys them as much as My Granddaughter and I do, this is the place to get them. Don’t get me wrong! They are GREAT at all the locations but this Mcds has been the Greatest to Us! Thank You all the staff at McDonald’s in Hampton,TN . We Love You!! And we Love our Carmel Frappes… YOUR THE BEST
