Rang our food in incorrectly. Tried to correct it at the window and the cashier said very batim “I can’t change it were busy”.
Absolutely not acceptable. Just because your busy doesn’t mean you get to tell your customers they get to eat it when you make a mistake.

Friendly and helpful staff. Had to wait a little bit for a hashbrown, but I heard it announced when I was ordering that hashbrowns were behind so I already knew and they acknowledged it. Yet, after I waited, not long enough to complain, someone came and apologized and brought me a free pie for my wait, yes, a fresh warm pie. I’ve had other mcds take longer, mess up on my order, and not apologize or try to do anything to make up for it. Great customer service. Nice and clean, they were cleaning window sills when we were leaving.

If you come here, just use the drive through or go inside, otherwise you may end up waiting an hour just to get your food from curbside pickup. Food is cold or just barely warm often enough it’s noticable. Been coming here off and on for two years and it’s been getting worse as time goes on, would love to see it start getting better.

I don’t say this about fast food ever but I was blown away at this McDonald’s food was hot fresh and when I opened my sandwich it looked like something I just got from Gordon Ramsey totally impressed by there staff and the cleanliness of there restaurant will definitely be back A+++++ highly recommend this location

AVOID this location. I’ve never experienced such horrible service, directly from a manager! We were traveling, as we often do through the area, and ordered a happy meal for our son via App. My husband forgot to manually “add cheese ” to make it a cheeseburger. He told the employee at the first window and the employee got flustered and said the manager wouldn’t let him. He wouldn’t even let us pay to add the cheese (like 30 cents?) and told us we would have to go back thru to order again. At the next window the manager was even more rude when we tried to kindly ask for a simple solution as we just wanted a slice of cheese. She then made us pay another $3 for an additional cheeseburger, at this post we wanted to feed our son and leave. She was rude, arrogant and never tried to find a simpler solution. Seems bizarre to push away customers over a slice of cheese. They finally gave us the additional burger, but it was loaded with onions and mustard when we clearly told her ketchup only. Have never encountered a staff so unwilling to help customers. We will never come to this location again after being treated so rudely.

This is one McDonald’s I would skip. Stopped to use the restroom. Filthy is being kind. Then, we went through the drive-thru. Our food was cold, no salt on the fries, sandwiches taste as if they were made 2 days ago. And the drinks were flat as a board.
To far down the road to turn back. Maybe they’ll see this and readjust.
