I had the steak & bacon tacos – ’cause who can say no to bacon!!! Very Delish! Hubs had the Mexicali Chicken w/ Chipotle mashed potatoes and let me have a taste. The smothered chicken was tender and tasty but the potatoes will have me ordering that dish next time!!! YUMMY

They make you feel like they’re about to close if you come in at 9. We thought maybe they were closing early because we just got that vibe. Google said 11, but after asking they said 10:30, felt rushed and staff wasn’t friendly. Food was decent but not the best I’ve had. Just wasn’t a friendly pleasant experience. If you want consumers to spend their money at your establishment, quality service is key!

Food has usually been really good and fresh. The only thing is the slow service. I’ve come here at least several times now and every single time the wait is substantially long. There has been a couple times I’ve had to get up and go to the bar to get another drink because I can’t find my server. This last trip I sat at the bar with a friend of mine. We were not greeted at all even with two servers behind the bar. We finally spoke out and said we’d like to order. Food came out in an alright amount of time. Never were asked how the food was or if we needed refills. We always had to speak up and get there attention. Friend I was with ordered a to go meal when we ordered our food in the beginning. We waited there for at least 10 minutes after we were done eating and I happened to notice a to go bag sitting in the window and it had been there a minute. I jokingly said to my buddy that I bet that’s actually yours. To my surprise it was! We basically had to ask for everything about our service and were not offered ANYTHING. We could have just served ourselves better.

Food was okay, but had a lot of issues with the service. Order was messed up (brought the wrong type of burrito) and then instead of charging us for the lunch specials everything was rung up separately which made the bill $6 or $7 more. Apparently pointing at the menu with the lunch specials isn’t enough. You have to speak the magic words, “lunch special” to get them. Good service would always favor the customer experience and not the quest for profit. That is what brings people back. We will not be returning.

The highlight of this place is most certainly the cocktails. I order their mint mojito on repeat because it’s so refreshing and not too overly sweet, and my girlfriends love their margaritas. However, their food leaves much to be desired despite the flashy menu. Over time, this has become a local cocktail spot for us only. But they do have a patio–which is a bonus!

I love ordering their tacos for lunch takeout. I was surprised to find that ordering directly through them and picking up cost me more than delivery, and it would be cool if they’d add salsa options to their Uber eats menu as I’d gladly pay for a large salsa. But the food is very clean and delicious!

We have visited many times and always enjoyed the food. This morning was our last time coming in unfortunately. We got to the door at 11, they open at 11and the door was still locked (understandably, sometimes it takes a few more minutes to prepare for the business day), but when he door was unlocked, it was pushed open an inch or two and it shut again. The hostess could clearly see us standing there and instead of inviting us in, she just unlocked the door. When we walked in the hostess had an attitude as if we were a nuicense. I looked around and not a single employee seemed happy to see us, it’s almost like they were mad we were there right at open. After hearing the waitress mumble something to another employee, I got up and asked if they still had a kids menu, to which a male employee who couldn’t bother to look up said “NO”. We just cut our losses and walked out. It was abundantly clear that no one in the restaurant wanted us there. Too bad, the food is good, but no one should give their hard earned money to a business who makes their customers feel unwelcome.

A small plaza restaurant with a bar, indoor, and small outdoor seating. The restaurant wasn’t too busy for a Thursday night and the service was great! They had complementary chips and salsa, the food came out quickly, and the drinks were above average.

I decided to give a Mexican restaurant another try being that it is in my neighborhood. (Approximately 2 miles from my home). I was serviced with the same condescending attitude which I concluded from this experience and my past few as Racism. Once again I was treated as someone they were forced by the desire or need for money to serve while in fact acting as if I was doing them a service.

Hits the spot for quick Mexican food. Love their chicken tortilla soup and they also have a kids menu. Pretty decent portions… Always enough leftovers for lunch/ dinner the next day.
