Craft beer and wine taproom in the heart of downtown Del Rio. Outdoor gear, and great beer greet you in a 120 year old building on Main Street. Sports are on TV, and a southern inspired rustic snack menu is available all day. Somewhere between here and Mexico. Food trucks come by to serve up some of our best local grub, and there is always someone friendly to chat with at the bar. Family friendly, but please be attentive to your children at all times.

Mesquite measures leagues above the rest of the bars in Del Rio. The atmosphere alone keeps me coming back; quiet and laid back, and the outdoor seating is a comfy place to kick back in the shade. Jackie has a great staff, and if you visit on a Friday/Saturday night, she might have a good truck on the patio too! Food truck food is always the way to go, but the smaller bites they offer are still decent. A revolving beer menu makes each visit different, which can be a good or a bad thing (sometimes you know what you want, and can’t get it)… All this to say: great place, best watering hole in town.

Mesquite Creek has become one of my favorite spots in town. The food is always excellent — fresh ingredients, great flavor, and generous portions. The service is just as impressive; everyone there is polite, attentive, and seems to genuinely enjoy their work. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable, perfect for a nice dinner or a casual lunch with friends. I’ve been several times now and have never had a bad experience. Highly recommend!

The beer and wine selection are excellent and the food was delicious. The grilled cheese sandwiches were perfect and the same with the charcuterie boards. Lots of fun swag is available. The staff was amazing and the restaurant is very clean. A must visit while in Del Rio!

Love this place! Chill place to hang out with great vibes, beer and wine on tap, and now they have actual cocktails! They have some small food items from the kitchen, but they allow you to bring in outside food if you want to order a pizza or something else. Great location and it’s just street parking or around the corner there is a free dirt lot. They have some really cute clothes and often there is a food truck outside for events.

Our family and friends love to meet here every Friday to start our weekend and unwind from the workweek. We’ve been doing this for the last 3 years and have never had issues. All the employees go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They continuously make their rounds to ask if we need any refills or clear our table to give us more room. There’s the occasional rowdy group but the the manager and bartenders are always quick to try to diffuse the situation first with professionalism. It’s wonderful to see all kinds of people meet here. If you are not familiar with any of their beers on tap, the staff is very helpful in helping you find something you’ll love and will offer samples to make sure you walk away with something you’ll enjoy. We love MCO and the staff!
