The authentic tacos (Mexican street-style tacos) are some of the best I’ve ever had! They have lengua and chorizo among other meat choices. Nice little surprise in a small-town restaurant.

$ Very inexpensive meals. Excellent portions and fantastic service. Their iced tea is excellent. Beyond that, I’m afraid I can not say anything good at all about the food. We have eaten there several times, and I have always withheld reviewing in hopes that we could get at least one good meal. I’m sad to say that is not the case. The food is extraordinarily bland for Latin food. The salsa tastes like it came from a very inexpensive jar. The chips are thick, never really fresh, and simply mundane. My bean burrito was literally like a can of refried beans in a soft tortilla covered in unseasoned tomato paste. My beef taco had absolutely no flavor. Literally, like fried hamburger, slapped into a crunchy shell. My wifes enchilada tasted like canned tomato sauce without the usual taste of canned tomato sauce. As I said earlier, we have been here no less than 5 times…hoping. I GIVE UP.
IF you’re used to flavorful Hispanic food, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.
