All of our meats are smoked in house by our Pit Master using a Southern Pride smoker fed with hickory wood to provide the great smokey flavor you will find in our meats. Let’s not forget about our pizzas. Stone fired specialty pizzas waiting to be baked by our Pizza Crew. Whether you are eating in house, carrying your food out or having a meal catered to you, it will become evident that great BBQ is not only found in the South!

On a beautiful sunny day, we sat on the patio with our new puppy at our feet and had an amazing lunch. Reminded me of Louisiana. The food was fantastic. We will be going back very soon.

We’ve been to the Oshkosh location and loved our meals. We came to the Menasha location since we were close by, and decided to try something new. We’ve had the cheese curds before though, so we knew what we were getting with that. A seasoned homemade version of fried cheese curds, yum! Lots of flavor. I tried the carnivore pizza with the original crust. It was good, the sauce had a nice flavor and the pizza dough had some good bubbles in in, which I like. Loaded with lots of meat and cheese. My husband had a sandwich with brisket, cole slaw, Carolina bbq, haystack onions and, pickles, and he chose the Mac n cheese, also a favorite of ours we’ve tried before. We both liked our meals today but agreed that we love the loaded potatoes so much more. Service was great, our waitress was funny and friendly. I did find a new favorite today though, I LOVED the raspberry basil lemonade mocktail! I will be ordering that next time with my Sconnie Potato. Thanks for the great lunch date!

My father asked to go a second time before he heads back to MN! We all loved the pulled pork dinner! He had a brisket sandwich this time around and enjoyed it as well! The Mac and cheese was also delicious and the onion rings! Our first round we had wings, can never go wrong with their wings and sauces! Friendly staff both times!

They delivered the food on time and hot. The person setting up was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have to say, the food was VERY good! I especially like the pulled pork, but the brisket was good also. We will definitely be back 🙂

We absolutely love this place, have never ordered something that wasn’t delicious. Staff is great. We love them so much they catered our wedding. You hear horror stories about wedding catering and ridiculous prices. You get nothing but greatness with them. From start to finish, it was one of the least stressful things about the wedding. Jason the manager always attentive and a really chill guy and made the experience so easy. They are so flexible and easy going about everything and their food was hot and delicious, on time and the staff serving was great. We got so many compliments on the food selection from everyone. Can’t say enough good things about them.

I have repeatedly tried to go here because I want good barbecue , and I struggled each and every time to receive a good meal. The sauces at Parker Johns are amazing. The food quality has been poor every single time, you are definitely not getting what you’re paying for. I believe there’s potential for improvement but at this time it definitely seems to be linked to the staff in the kitchen and on the floor. The flavors are there the quality is just not.

Parker John’s in Menasha for the win! We had our son’s high school graduation party catered by Parker John’s. This is the third event we have used them for. They have always been on time, food has been hot and ready to go, and they handle all of the set up. Delicious, professional, courteous. Every. Single. Time. Too bad they don’t do clean up!! Thanks to the team at the Menasha location for an awesome job!

We ordered carry out wings with Jack Daniel’s sauce. This is what they gave us! Small breaded pcs with no sauce! We will never go there again. We were long time customers. Fries are not the same fresh cut, but soggy freezer fries. Who looks in the bag to see what’s there? You trust a restaurant not to cheat the customer on a carry out order.
