Located in Tumwater, WA, just 10 minutes from the Olympia Farmers Market where we original started our business selling 12 flavors of homemade hummus and pita chips, now have expanded into a full fledged restaurant serving incredible Mediterranean cuisine. We pride ourselves in making delicious sandwiches and plates that incorporate Mediterranean flavors rich in taste. Local ingredients sourced from local farmers through Thurston County. This restaurant, owner, atmosphere and food are outstanding. Large portions with great flavor. They have amazing deserts and the tiramisu is one of the best in town. The owner is so friendly and the eating area was clean and bright. Great overall place to eat. They also sell hummus at the farmers markets in olympia, auburn and port orchard! Enjoy a wonderful place to eat!

From the moment you walk in, the vibe is calm and inviting. The aroma of fresh spices and coffee sets the tone right away. The lamb was tender and perfectly seasoned, served over fluffy rice with fresh, crunchy vegetables that balanced everything nicely. The chicken shawarma was flavorful and generously portioned, with a creamy yogurt sauce that brought it all together. The hummus tasted fresh and smooth, especially with the warm, soft pita. Everything was well-prepared, the space was clean, and the staff was welcoming and attentive. Definitely a place worth coming back to.

Whoa! Get ready for a flavor explosion! I wish I had a picture of all of what we ordered as it was all delicious, but this was the only one I snagged before getting too far into devouring!! Pictured is the Chicken Shawarma over rice. We also ate the Lebanese style chicken Shawarma, pistachio baklava, and sun-dried tomato hummus. All so, so good!!!

Food smelled amazing and tasted even better! I love how fresh the ingredients were! The price was very fair for the amount of food we got. While we did not dine in the place was very clean and cozy looking. The service was very helpful in explaining what the different food were so I could order. I wish I could give you all ten stars. We will definitely be eating here again, I look forward to trying everything on the menu

The service was excellent here. My husband and I dined in and enjoyed the music. The food was incredible! I had the chicken shawarma over rice. It came with delicious basmati rice. The spices were perfect. The chicken had some great sauce and then a generous helping of hummus and some lettuce, tomatoes and onions which blended beautifully with the dish. Delicious, comfort Mediterranean food that left me full, but not over-stuffed. I even had some leftovers to take home and enjoy. Definitely recommend for those looking for some on point Mediterranean food!

Finally, a place in Olympia where I can get good Chicken Shawarma! I didn’t know what to expect, but it was excellent and exceeded my expectations with tender chicken perfectly seasoned with all the right spices and basmati rice that was also delicious. Accompanied by a nice little side salad and hummus. My husband also thoroughly enjoyed is Shawarma sandwich in Pita Bread. It’s not a fancy place, but was clean and neat. Don’t hesitate to give it a try!

We were on our way home from vacation and were looking for someplace to eat off I-5. Saw Shwarma and had to try it. Excellent food! So much better than any of the “corporate ” restaurant options.
