Stay away from this place at all costs. The customer service is atrocious. They need to train these people who work there on courteous professional customer service. I was denied customer service and I arrived before 8 o’clock on 08-01-23, before they closed the window. This is unacceptable and I won’t never eat at this place again. The employees are rude unprofessional scumbags!!! In my opinion. Dunkin Doughnuts needs to close this location ASAP!!

I order ahead of time every morning before going into work. I always choose walk in so I can run in and grab my coffee and food and take off. For the last few months I’ve had to wait minimum 5-10 min for my order even though I order ahead with ample time. The only reason I still go to this dunkin is because it’s the only place between home and work.
