Excellent food here. The Vegetable Biryani was amazing, as was the Palak Paneer. I also really enjoyed the Garlic Nan with a side of Raita (yogurt & cucumber dip). Indian beer is available as well as several American labels. A nice selection of desserts too; Malai Kulfi (Indian ice cream) and Gulab Jamoon were perfect. The food is truly authentic here as the proprietor and chief chef is from India and very nice and friendly.

I work in Orlando once or twice a year and this is my new go-to place. I eat a lot of Indian cuisine and the food here is delicious without exception. Orlando is so hectic, this restaurant is like an island of calm. The service here is exceptionally attentive without being overbearing. I’ve eaten here twice in the last three days and will probably be back in a few more days.

The curry and bbq chicken were amazing. The variety of nan bread we tried was delicious. The staff were so kind and truly went above and beyond.

The paneer curry was good. However the tandoori roti was average. It seems it was made not from fresh dough.

Back at our fave Indian place in Orlando, Memories of India is a gem. Salim is so nice & treats us like royalty each visit. Try their lamb korma & Goan fish curry, you won’t be disappointed…generous portions & always good. Don’t forget the yummy mango lassi. Thank you, Salim!!! See you again soon.

We visited it twice. Bad experience is that we found some broken parts of steel scrubber in our food Navratan Korma. We complaint it on 2nd day with a person who used a cap and mostly taking orders. He is very rude and took it very lightly.

The best part about this restaurant is Salim Bhai. Our second time in this restaurant, Salim Bhai treated us with the utmost respect as he did the first time. I am grateful to my friend for recommending this restaurant to us. The food was delicious. I couldn’t get enough of their delicious biryani. I regret going to Bawarchi Biryani instead of returning here for their biryani. Memories of India have, hands down, the best biryani. Their fish curry and the naan were delicious as well. For next time my husband and I decided that instead of tandoori chicken if we could ask for malai chicken drumsticks as it would be more palatable for our toddlers’ tastebuds. We will be back here again when we are in Orlando
