If I could give it 0 stars I would. It was my first time at this diner. I’ve heard good things and wanted to try it out. My friend and I sat down and our waitress flung our menus at us. In this moment we probably should have left, but we were already here so we decided to stay. Upon ordering our waitress proceeded to tell us “that’s a lot of food”. Me and my friend are both on the heavier side, regardless that comment was very rude to make. Our waitress continued to be extremely rude to us the entire time we were there. We felt very uncomfortable for the rest of the visit. Will never be returning.

Flavorless food and bad service. The pancakes taste frozen. Our waitress only came by to take our order and that’s it. She never asked how the food was or if I wanted more orange juice and someone else dropped our check off.

I order the same meal from Melrose Diner all the time. My turkey club this time had barely one slice of Turkey for $15. I believe they have new owners as I didn’t see the usual people. I will not be ordering again.

Place was so subpar. The pancake was spongey and most likely frozen from the box. Reminiscent of hospital or school lunch food. Meal came with one single sausage link. Others ate the table agreed it could all he better.

Just received food from Uber eats. I’ll be completely honest: worst home fries I’ve ever had in my entire life. I don’t mean to insult anyone’s cooking, but it was bad. Home fries are the reason I ever order from diners at all. They’re my favorite! The disappointing part is that they gave me such a big portion of home fries but they taste so bad, I can’t take another bite. I assume that’s why they are so generous lol. They tasted old, no flavor, mushy, very bland. Just bad. The egg and cheese bagel also tasted a little burnt. Didn’t enjoy. Picture says a thousand words. Ps- I think home fries are supposed to have a little CRISP to them. Not mushy, almost mash potatoes like consistency! I uploaded a picture of a “home fry”, still with skin intact. Doesn’t look grilled at all, jus boiled. Not good.
