We went to Mellow Mushroom tonight with the family to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We got a table right away and were greeted by our server, McKenzie, who was very sweet and friendly. She just gave us the biggest smile that totally made my day. She put up with everyone’s demands and brought our food out promptly. The food was excellent and the manager even came to our table to make sure everything was perfect. And it was! Thank you McKenzie for making our night great!

Had a pleasant experience eating at this restaurant. The service was good! Our waitress was friendly and professional. The appetizers and pizza were delicious! Family friendly restaurant with bar. Me and my husband tried mellow mushroom for the first time for our valentines date. Very disappointed.. we ordered several items and it’s sad the best thing was the appetizer pretzels. Everything else was so bland in flavor.. for the price you pay this should not be an issue. Our waitress was great though .. won’t be back

Came with a school group of about 35. When im with a large school group, I always give grace to restaurant staff. However, our expirence was HORRIBLE. We had 2 waiters, one on each section. The female waitress with dark hair that was assigned to our group was perhaps the RUDEST woman I’ve ever had serve my food. The entire time she had an attitude and kept making slick comments to all of our requests. When we first got our drinks, I asked for a napkin. I waited 20 minutes for a napkin and eventually got up to go to the bathroom for one. Arriving back at the table, she was waiting with napkins and proceeded to say “girl i just brought you napkins!”. This was one of many disrespectful comments and faces she made towards me and my peers. Our food was cold and took TWO HOURS for us to be able to order, eat, pay and leave.

Was great till.we found a hair in our cheesy bread, told the waitress and all she did was remove the plate, lost half an appetizer. Pizza took well over thirty minutes to come out. Pizza was absolutely delicious though, worth the wait. Would have been nice to get refills on water and kids drinks though. Items were dropped off and waitress would run away.

Great food. An excellent gluten-free pizza if desired. Service could be great but seems poorly trained or managed—and this is after several consistent observations. Floors are usually dirty. Tables are clean. Almost all the booths are worn out, so ask for a table and chair or high-top. Some TLC would be a game changer, but we wi always come back because the pizza is fantastic every single time.

I’m not much of a fan of chain restaurants but this place exceeded my expectations for Zaa. Service was good, beer was cold and tasty, reasonably priced and the options for toppings are impressive. I did a split between the House Special and the Mellowterranean. Recommend for great pizza.

Mellow Mushroom Valdosta is a fun place with good food and a lively atmosphere. We had ordered pizza and salads for take out, so we didn’t spend too much time there. But it’s a great family atmosphere with plenty of eye candy for the young and not-so-young. Nice place. Highly recommend.
