I ordered a pizza. My pizza had Grey hair on it. I told the host & showed her. She said, “Sorry about that.” She came back with the bill. I asked, “So there’s no discount for the hair on my food?” She came back with a $3.49 off. I do not recommend this place.

It had indoor and outdoor seating. Well lit, groovy decor, unique and pleasant atmosphere. The servers were attentive and friendly. There are vegan options for most (maybe all) food. It’s so fresh that my gluten sensitive friend can eat the pizza crust there with no issue. I’m picky and was impressed with the food.

Came in tonight and it was packed but service was quick! We waited for about 5 min and was set and promptly greeted by chris K our service. To say he was fantastic is an understatement, he was on top of it, super friendly and helpful! The pizza was AMAZING! We will be back and ask for him! Thanks for the great experience!

Aubrey was our server. She was rlly friendly & gave us some great recommendations. We had the smash burger AMAZING & the meatball hoagie. Aubrey suggested we get a side of the burger sauce, we dipped our tots in it. Devine. Haven’t been to mellowmushroom since I was a kid, our visit was a refreshing reminder. Great vibes. Great food. Great service!

Just got back from Mellow Mushroom in Pensacola, and it was one of those easy, happy meals that reminds you why you keep coming back.
First off, Maddy was the real highlight. She greeted us with a kind smile and this upbeat, genuinely welcoming attitude that instantly set the tone. She was attentive without hovering, conversational in a way that felt natural, and she checked on us at all the right times. The whole experience felt smooth and friendly because of her.
Food-wise, Mellow did what Mellow does best: delivered the classics flawlessly. The pizza was hot, flavorful, and exactly as expected (in the best way). The Greek salad was crisp and fresh with that tangy, satisfying bite. And the pretzel bites? Always spot on, warm, soft, perfectly salted, and impossible not to keep grabbing.

One of my favorite pizza places. Their gluten free pizzas are really good. They even asked if I wanted regular cheese or Im guessing they have dairy free cheese too, but I recommend it if you’re looking for a gluten friendly place.

Had an excellent time being served by “Grace” she was very attentive, kind and very polite! She kept our table clean and our drinks filled the entire time. The cloud 9 wings were amazing with generous seasoning and the buffalo chicken calzone was the perfect amount spice and crunch! Thanks for a wonderful time. And praise Grace for her excellent service!!!
