I don’t remember the name of the waitress who served us last Saturday, but the service and the hamburger were awful.
Yes, it was my mistake ordering a burger at a pizza place — that’s on me. But come on.
She messed up our order twice. First, the wrong drink. Then she brought out a hamburger with no bun — just a patty, cheese, and bacon. After that, she brought the bun and an extra patty and basically made me assemble my own burger at the table. It came with about 10 fries — you could literally count them. The presentation was terrible. It looked gross, but I was hungry.
She didn’t bring any utensils until the very end. We honestly didn’t know what was going on with her. At one point, another woman (maybe in her late 30s) stepped in and seemed to take over, which was strange — but then the original waitress came back and still cleared our plates.
To make things worse, we got charged twice for the burger.
This has never happened to us at this place before. We used to love coming here, but lately the service has gone downhill. Even waiting to be seated takes forever. It feels disorganized, like no one is managing the floor. I had to walk all the way to the kitchen just to get someone’s attention while several customers were waiting to be seated and served.
Really disappointing experience.

Farmer’s Daughter Pizza… I hesitated having the sweetness of balsamic on a pizza, but the slight bitterness of the arugula balanced it nicely.
And then there was the world’s best server, Jennica. She made the trip worthwhile.

The best tap house and pizza place we’ve had in a long while! We’ll be back. This food was amazing. The service was friendly. The draft selection and pizza selections were off the hook! We started with their pepperroni pizza rolls. You have GOT to try these!!

We dined in today. It wasnt full. It wasnt empty. We were sat immediately. The wait began. Maybe 5 minutes before we were greated. We sent in our drink orders. Along with apps. Garlic bread and fried pickles. We get our stacked sodas. Basically 1/3 soda. And the rest was creme. They were not great. We orderd our main food at that point. Another 5-7 minutes goes by. Not a table touch a drink refresh or anything. No updates on food. Until a couple minutes before its gonna come out. The bread and pickles come out first. The bread was luke warm. The friend pickles. Were Luke warm also. My Mac i ordered had green onions on it. Instead of parsley. Wouldnt be a big deal. But she knew I didn’t order the pizza roll appetizers cause they couldnt get the green onions. Out of it. My son’s boneless chicken. Was not in great shape. He took one bite. The only thing that was good was the pizza my wife ordered. At that point we waited so long. Were over it. She tried to make me another Mac on the fly but after 30 minutes of lack luster customer service. And Luke warm food. We were ready to go. I asked for my check. It was almost 80 bucks for food none of us took more than 2 bites of. I didnt tip. She didnt offer to remove anything. Or help that out. So I just paid and we walked out. I was too upset to talk to any sort of manager.

This place is always my go-to for when i’m shopping at Boise Square, Old Chicago has excellent food choices for everyone. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Emma, our waiter. She made our experience amazing with her sunny personality and exceptional

Enjoyed the free Veterans day meal again. We go here several times a year. Food is decent, the service is frankly luck luster typically. We had to wait 10 mins to be seated and then only because I went to the bar to ask for a server to seat us. It often takes an awful long time to get food and drinks if you are not in the bar area. All that being said I do enjoy eating there.

Pizza Nachos are amazing! Really great pizza, too. The beer menu is suspect. I ordered a particular beer and was brought something similar but completely different. They were out of several items unfortunately. Our waitress was very friendly and service was good from everyone. Nice people and good food.

My girlfriend’s and I all went here on Black Friday around 4/30 ‘s there were 6 of us. On of my friend ‘s had a birthday so we celebrated it here we enjoyed ourselves, There pizza was absolutely delicious I had a veggie one. And my friend that had a birthday for a free pizza for signing up for there app! The gal we had was absolutely perfect for all of us she even took our picture!! It was her first night working alone she was fabulous .. All of my friends will all go here again Thanks for Making our time fun

First time we were here was about a year ago, pizza was delicious, burgers were great. Second time a couple days ago, pizza was slightly over done, salad was tiny and very plain with the greens being a little stale, the burger was still good as the first time. We asked for a minute to decide on drinks as we literally just sat down, server seemed to take that personally, didn’t see her for a long time. The electric humming in the far corner where we sat was extremely annoying, sitting there and hearing a speaker hum for an hour and a half is not enjoyable.

Jaiden is awesome. Great customer service and very attentive which is extremely important when you’re eating and drinking.
The food was awesome, definitely exceeded expectations. We had the cauliflower crust pizza, it had the perfect amount of crisp and just enough sauce. The flavor was great as well and the toppings could all be tasted. The boneless wings and fries were a hit for the whole family.
Drinks could have been a bit stronger but they were good.
