The food is wonderful, as is the environment and the service. The waiter Jacob is literally my favorite waiter ever. Very kind, attentive, efficient. The food is especially tasty. Great restaurant!

Great spot for lunch. Got very busy and service got a little slow. But it was well worth the wait. Great food and very large menu. Fried chips with Ranch dressing was awesome.

This has to be one of the most amazing restaurants I’ve ever been to! There’s practically endless options to choose from on the menu, the portion sizes are huge, and the service is outstanding. Our food was out in no time and tasted absolutely delicious, while also looking BEAUTIFUL. It’s such a lovely place scenery wise too. You’d think this place would be way more expensive than it is but it has perfect pricing. Our waiter was amazing at his job and seemed like the sweetest person ever. I can’t express how much I love this place and how much praise it deserves.

Well, tonight we order from here for the first time in a while. Eating out cost $$$. When you order carry-out, you expect things to be right.

Yesterday was my first visit ever to your Greensboro restaurant although the group I accompanied are satisfied “regulars” who dine there frequently. Our party of 5 arrived at the end of the rush hour lunch crowd and our individual orders were all taken promptly at the same time. Since my menu choice included a side salad, it arrived first while we all were enjoying the deliciously scrumptious, complimentary bread and dipping oil. Subsequently however, the rest of my parties’ food eventually arrived simultaneously with the exception of mine which was to have been just a single slice of pizza. No mention or apology was made by our server, Jacob, as to the delay or status of my order nor was any update given before finally one member of my group inquired on my behalf when by this time they were all already halfway through their meal(s). When asked where my slice of pizza was, Jacob flippantly replied, “Well, you don’t want it raw do you?” Note that by this time at least an additional 20+ minutes had passed for a single slice of pizza to presumably be warmed up. While I was visibly annoyed at his dismissive reply and unsuccessful attempt at sarcastic humor, I said nothing but observed Jacob leave and begin speaking with other staff who had congregated and were just standing around the register area. Meanwhile, approximately another 10 minutes passed before my pizza slice finally arrived which by that time, the rest of my group had all but finished their meals. I told Jacob that I would have to take it to go since everyone else was nearly ready to leave by this time. Once again, he made no mention, apology, nor offered any type of compensation for my inconvenience of having dined solely on the remaining bread (with the exception of having consumed the previous side salad) during the entire meal. Only twice have I ever left a negative online review or failed to leave a generous gratuity, but most unfortunately this was definitely one of those times. If my information is correct and Jacob is also the restaurant manager, it would make his unprofessional behavior even more egregious and sadly, a poor example for the rest of the staff to observe or worse yet, possibly model. What I will say however … dining experience aside … is how completely satisfied I was with the wide variety and quality of the food. Going forward, in the near future I have every intention of visiting your other “Jacob free” Clemmons location for a fair, second chance.

The food is really terrific, but apparently they don’t always give the tips to their always-professional and knowledgeable staff. I hesitate to do business with a place that does not give earned tips to its hard working, loyal servers.

The best Italian food in Greensboro. Beautiful ambiance and the pizza is the closest thing I’ve had to New York style pizza since I’ve moved here! Excellent service.
