Absolutely loved this place! I asked for a vegan burrito (not on the menu), and they made it fresh without hesitation. It was incredible—packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and perfectly balanced. The owner is a true master of cilantro—it gave the whole burrito an amazing lift.
I also tried the mild salsa, which added a lot of flavor (though I’ll double-check if it’s vegan next time). Super friendly service, great atmosphere, and a solid spot if you’re looking for a vegan-friendly meal from a food truck. The size of the burrito is amazing. I eat a lot of food and I was unable to finish it.
Highly recommend Medina’s Tacos. Will definitely be back!

I wish I had a scale to weigh this big bad boy. Biggest and best carnitas burrito I have ever had. The flavors were so nuanced it was hard to stop eating. Definitely two meals worth. Will be back for fajitas soon!
PS my son is 6’2″ and has huge hands. His chimichanga was also fabulous with jalapeno cheese sauce.

I don’t typically leave reviews but I had to give credit where it’s due. That was the best street taco I think I’ve ever had. The barbacoa was moist , flavorful, melt in your mouth delicious. Service was friendly and fast and at a great price. I’d pay more than $3 for that taco again. Wow. I’ll be back to check out the rest of the menu for sure.

Love this joint. Wish the hours were correct. Haven’t had a burrito in weeks. Seem to be closed before 7pm, at least they were yesterday. Definitely closed before thr 8pm that is posted. Call goodle and update my guy! You deserve a good google reviews, and i know some angry goons will screw that up!

My husband and I have been craving good street tacos since we moved out here from the Twin Cities… we were so excited to have heard about Medina’s Tacos! We made a trip the next day and tried their chimichanga with half carnitas and half barbacoa, as well as their tacos with asada. Everything was delicious! The crisp bottom on the chimichanga is *chef’s kiss* and the barbacoa is hands down the shining star of their meat options. The tacos are classic and perfect street tacos, and both the mild and hot sauces that this place offers are very flavorful. We’re hooked!

Excellent tacos! Super hot and fresh made to order. The Al pastor is flavorful and goes perfectly with their spicy red salsa. corn in a cup is super tangy, creamy and a little spicy. A great combination of flavors. Will definitely be back before heading home!

I ordered the tacos al pastor and they were absolutely delicious—packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. Both the salsa verde and salsa roja instantly brought me back to Mexico City. The customer service was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend Medina’s Tacos if you’re craving legit Mexican flavor.
