We just reached here and its 8 pm and the store is closed. The only reason we came here was because the closing time said to be 9 pm. The store attendant inside did not pay any attention to us standing at the door. I just wanted to confirm if they can accommodate one order but they wont even look at us and pretend no one is standing at the door

Clean and quick. They take Android Pay! One lady that works there LOVES drowning my sammich in sweet onion sauce no matter how many times I ask for lite sauce. She smiles though, as does everybody else, so it evens out. It’s my wife’s sammich with the sweet onion sauce anyways 😉

Of all of the Subways in the area, this one is definitely one of the better ones. Service here is good, the manager is very nice, the store feels clean, and the likelihood of the food here being fresh is higher than that of other nearby locations. If you’re in the mood for Subway, I recommend this location over others.

I guess I came in on a busy day judging by how many customers were in the store so although I had to wait a few short minutes, the employees still treated me with so much patience which I genuinely appreciated. They apologized for the small wait which was no problem at all and took the time to even suggest new combinations for next time. Overall I loved the welcoming employees and will definitely stop by again. 10/10 sandwich

Stopped by to grab a couple of footlong subs for dinner. We placed an order online and then my wife went inside to pick it up. My wife was ignored and had to initiate the conversation. Then, the associate behind the counter (James) began complaining about online ordering. After briefly working on our subs, some other customers came inside the store and my wife was placed at the back of the line. Once they left and he started working on our order again, he began muttering complaints about our order loud enough so that she could hear him calling us “stupid people who don’t make sandwiches like this at home.” He then he ignored her again and did not respond after she thanked him for the food and wished him a good night. I went inside to see if I could find a manager to speak with, but he was working alone. He was insulting and dismissive to my family and my concerns about his treatment of my wife. I reached out to corporate later that evening and received a weak response from the store manager, Rosa Iraheta, the following morning. She merely apologized for our wait being longer than expected and completely ignored how poorly we were treated by her associate. The associate doesn’t care about how certain customers are treated and with a boss like that, he doesn’t have to. I would not recommend this business to anyone who values good service and expects to be treated kindly and professionally.

We always get great service here, but today we were having a staff meeting and forgot to order sandwiches. It was 11:45 and we needed lunch by 12:30. I called to see if they could help out at all. Owner helped me quickly select some menu options. They made the sandwiches, added a container of extra toppings and condiments etc. – all for a very reasonable price and I was out the door in 10 minutes with a smile on my face! Old fashioned small town customer service at it’s best!
