Overall the place is decent! As I was traveling from Kremling to the hot springs, the building was easy to see. Giant sign that says restaurant. Going inside it is very country and I absolutely love it. I was recommended this place for the bison berger, But they were out and therefore I decided to go with a ribeye steak.

Best steak and garlic shrimp in the county. Everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The place was packed and the staff was stellar. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. Home cooking and can’t say enough about the food. 5 diamonds.

Passing through on a trip from Austin TX to Walden CO and decided to stop here for a nice lunch. The atmosphere was eh, the iced tea isn’t recommended, but the food was pretty damn tasty. The burger was excellent and so were the fried pickles

Food was very good! We had the French dip and so delicious! Good au jus and most importantly, in-house-made ranch dressing.

Was driving thru town and seen the sign painted on the building that said Restaurant. There was parking on the side of the road so I stopped. I am very happy that I did. I was welcomed by my server who told what the special of the day was. And took my drink order. I looked over the menu and settled on the French dip with Swiss cheese, onions and mushrooms. And steamed vegetables. I also ordered a dinner salad. My food came up quickly and it was delicious! I would definitely stop in here again if I get by here.

Hungry and GOW didn’t disappoint! My husband wanted a good burger, and I had chicken quesadilla they hit the spot. Me with a newly injured ankle, he parked in alley to let me out, then moved next door. Enjoyed would go again next time we are through the area.

This place was good in a pinch, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit. The chicken fried steak looked amazing when served, but it was a little bland. They were out of loaded baked potatoes, so I settled for the steak fries (actually potato wedges), and they were the best part of the meal. The Texas toast was crisp, but had nothing on it so was just dry and tasteless. My wife enjoyed her garlic shrimp, and my daughters said their food was just ok. We spent about $70 before tip, so a little pricey for the quality of food.

“The best restaurant in town” was a recommendation from a front desk person from a hotel where we stayed in the town and she was probably right. Good sized portions, food is fresh and tasty.
