The food at Mecca is worth making a visit. I love the Gold Rush burger and the main reason I like to eat from here is they have fried mushrooms. Just don’t plan on getting in and out fast. It takes longer than my allotted lunch period to get my food. Last time I was there for 2 hours start to finish for my lunch hour. Kitchen close at the ridiculously early time of 7pm and don’t think you can do yourself any favors to save time by trying to call in a take out order because most of the time nobody will answer the phone. I called in a dinner order last week and was surprised someone answered and I placed the order and said I would be there in about 20 minutes at 7:20 pm but wanted to order before the kitchen closed. It was going to take me longer to get there so I tried calling back and got a busy signal every time so when I got there around 8pm I mentioned the phone being busy and it was off the hook. Today I wanted to attempt to call in a lunch order when the kitchen opens at the ridiculously late time of noon. Attempted to call for an hour which was at least 20 phone calls. Nobody ever picked up it just rings. Speaking of phone the phone number that comes up when you search Mecca isn’t a good number. Found a good number for the place on yelp just can’t get anyone to pick up. I finally gave up on lunch at Mecca today and went to Zane burger which isn’t too bad itself. If you’re not worried about time and not in a hurry I would recommend because the food is good but nobody seems to care about getting it out at a decent time and definitely don’t care about take out orders that’s obvious.

You know, sometimes you just want to go and have a nice meal by yourself with a good cold beer and good food. Mecca fits that like a glove. Good background music a little bit of shooting in the background but nothing distracting. Good thing is I think they handed the bottle karaoke at night which was a non-starter with me, but just for good food and a place to hang out Mecca is the best place in town hands-down

Made a quick stop here for lunch. Friendly people and pretty good bar food! I had a salad and Rueben. Salad was pretty fresh and the Rueben was delicious! Had some onion rings which were good too.

Great spot for drinks and bar food. We shared a fried appetizer platter w mozzarella sticks, wings, poppers, mushrooms, and zucchini. Also had some sweet potato fries. Everything arrived hot and was pretty tasty! Service was fast and you can’t beat the location.

I always enjoy going to the Mecca. Today I had my dog Rocky with me, and I knew he was welcome there ~ cool patio seating and a bowl of water The food was excellent as usual, and everyone is always so friendly.

The waitresses here were lovely, incredibly attentive for running such large stations, and genuine hospitality. The food took forever, as they were busy, and once it came out my “medium” burger resembled a hockey puck. Our waitress came back with a recook and it was 10x’s better but still not medium.
