It was not as tasty but my order was placed by phone I went to pick up and it was never prepared so I had to wait got a free drink and free garlic bread they apologized I seen they were busy. Thank you free taking the time to personally tend to my order. A young girl didn’t catch her name but she was very polite and professional customer service skills. She is definitely future management. I give her 5 stars .

I wasnt to impressed with this paticular location. Thier service was very slow and the crew appeared to be lost behind the counter. So after waiting 20 mins in line and making my order i go to pay and all i have is a hundred dollar bill. Si im told they dont accept 100 dollar bills unless its a purchase over 75 dollars. So im forced to cancel my order leave all my friends waiting and go try and get change. If my whole group wasn’t thier i would have gone else where. I wouldn’t recommend it to any one.

Me & Ed’s used to be Me & Ed’s…quality, good service, local. Everything is flipped now. Sloppy and fast with making your pizza, rude service, prices way up. It’s obvious that’s it’s all about the money now. Sad. It used to be a favorite of ours. The one on Bethel is a fraction of what it was.

Really solid , delicious chain pizza. What makes this place extra great is the people that work there. I was in a hurry this evening 12/20/21. Dropped one of my pizzas on the way out, the manager on duty was an absolute customer service professional, helped me get cleaned up. The staff made me another personal pan pizza for our little guy super fast (the one who’s pizza I dropped). Everyone that was working there was hands on, busting their butts. Super grateful, thank you guys.

The cashier who took our order was the worst in customer service. Our food was delayed and overall not good except for one person. Jose Aceves. I was coming to counter upset because of delay in food. Jose saw me coming over and immediately asked for my receipt. He gathered my order together and made sure to get everything right. These are the types of employees that can save a restaurant and make people come back repeatedly as a result of great customer service. Thank you Jose because I was ready to leave and get a refund but you turned it all around for my family.

I placed my order at 6:45p.m and its 8:15p.m. She said it will take 1hr. haven’t got my pizza yet. I call they pick up but hang up I call again and they keep hanging up that is very rude. Bad customer service there. Manager says they are learning okay manager teach them good customer service that’s NO EXCUSE .They couldn’t find my order but charged my credit card . How can you charge my credit card for a pizza you never made ? I wont be ordering from that Me-N-Eds any more. Please train your employees the importance of good customer service and good phone etiquette.
