I find this to be the case at many fast food restaurants in the early mornings…. The employees Park in the primary spots… The service is very slow… And if you’re anything other than doordash you can’t get an order from 4 to 4:30.

Honestly I stopped going to McDonald’s for YEARS. On a whim, I tried this McDonald’s. Now I’m not ashamed to say I’m a regular lol. The service here is INCREDIBLE. I wish I had names, but every staff member here is WONDERFUL. They are friendly, provide consistent excellent quality, and do a great job overall. Lines move fast and the food is fresh and hot! I always use the app and I actually stop a couple times to get my coffees here now instead of Starbucks!

Everything about this location is terrible from the food to the management i found paper in my big arch meal and this isn’t the first incident my drinks were always water down from not replacing the syrup there’s always something wrong with my order please just stay away from this location for your safety

McDonald’s has been slipping for years and this place is a great example. The greater problems with McDonald’s aside (higher prices for cheaper worse food) this place used to have a uniqueness in its decorations but has been since gutted and sterilized into a bland gross place. But now this location is charging for condiments! Literally got breakfast at a different location yesterday and they give a couple packets of salsa or ketchup no problem, here you have to pay extra. Absurd and greedy and not worth paying for. The only McDonalds I had to pay for condiments before was in Russia, so bad look. Avoid this location if you can, nothing worth from the food, atmosphere, service or now definitely price.

Use to be one of the fastest McDonald’s and one of my favorites but now I can’t even go without having to wait at least 5-15 minutes. I’m always getting pulled to a waiting stall. Very annoying considering it’s “fast food” service.

Apparently “large fry” now means half fries, half cardboard illusion. The insert didn’t make up for the missing food. Large fries are for sharing. Cardboard inserts are not.

Food is always fresh but I’m usually missing sauces or nuggets. About a week ago I was missing cookies as well. I’ve called and they have me come back to get my item(s) BUT it gets discouraging when every 2nd or 3rd order I have to go back down to get them.

Absolutely terrible service, the employees there are ok. I set a mobile order in prior to arriving at McDonald’s and yet my food STILL wasn’t ready, there was no cars in the drive thru until they had me waiting for my order, mind you I only had TWO five dollar deals and they had me pull to the last window, I watched a total of at LEAST SIX cars pay for food, get handed their food, and drive off. Absolutely horrible service. What’s the point of mobile orders if it takes longer than ordering through the drive thru? Absolutely redundant. Do better. To add one final thing, this was not my first experience with this happening, this should not be a recurring thing especially while the restaurant is slow.

We went to this location today – on Christmas on my way home from work. It wasn’t the best day but Rodney was amazing. He ordered for my husband and I on the kiosk that we hate. He asked about our day and told us about the rain in Missouri. He has been a true light in our day and is exactly what this world needs more of! I sincerely hope he is paid well and is 100% the reason I will now drive out of my way to visit this McDonads over any other in town.

I pick up Doordash here everyday. They have good customer service and strong wifi but you can’t trust their lobby hours. Doordash app tells me to go inside by 10 pm but the doors are sometimes locked as early as 9.26 pm even though their lobby hours sign says 10pm.
