This Carl’s JR is fresh, clean, and quality. So yea, they are doing their jobs. That said, actions are a choice and these peeps keep it nice. This is proof we can have nice things! Carl’s JR is an American treasure because it helped the hungry find food along their travels.

11$ for bread and potatoes. I feel like a over taxed peasant eating food this expensive. 4$ is a 10lb bag of potatoes and I know I can get a whole pound of hamburger for less the 6$ what a rip off. I’ll cook myself next time. I will not be back. Idk how much you guys make hourly but this is a rip off in many ways.

The food was good and the service was wonderful when I ordered my meal. My only critique is that the men bathrooms frequently are clogged and overflowing with feces that its impossible to use the bathroom at this location the maintenance is bad. So please keep this in mind when going to this Carl’s Jr location.

Went in on 2/9/2026 around 4:30 pm, and waited for a mobile order for my elderly mother who is in a wheelchair. I noticed a man with a dog come in and he talked the women employees into giving him free food, and they actually did give the guy free food but not sure what food it was, and then he waited for us to get our food and then he came right over to where we were sitting and harassed us to give him our food, so my elderly mother was so upset that she didn’t want to eat at all and we left after not being able to eat anything.
My elderly mother gave the homeless man the food and we left with nothing.
I’m horrified that the staff allowed a homeless man to come into the restaurant and harass employees and customers for food!!!!
I saw something like this happen at mcdonalds and mcdonalds sure didn’t allow it.
It was great feeling manipulated and conned out of our food.
Female customers BEWARE!!!
No one working at this place cares about the customers!!!

I never leave reviews. Service was great no complaints – but I had to stop eating my food because there was SO MUCH salt on my fries. My chicken strips tasted super salty so I looked at it and I could see all the salt added to those as well… not sure why but seems as though they’re tossing the strips in salt like they do with the fries. I ate 1 full strip and half of another strip before I gave up (ordered the 5 strip combo). This has got to be the saltiest fast food fries/strips I’ve ever eaten.
$13 wasted. I almost went to Lucky 13 because their strip combo is $14. Next time I will just go there.

I was greeted by Paula at the front cashier and she has great multitasking skills treats everyone with respect and is definitely a hardworking person. The rest of crew is awesome and hardworking aswell.

After Covid fast food industry got worse. Employees are unresponsive or not willing to give you what you want. And taste of the food really sucks. Hopefully Carl’s JR get back old days soon!

Very rude worker from the start, we we very polite when paying, told her thank u, no response, started to drive away from window when we noticed we were given regular fries instead of waffle fries that we askes for. It was 10pm, lobby closed, she was mopping, walked up to window in lobby showed her the fries bc we were at a closed window, saying we didn’t get the waffle fries. We had to read lip lol she was shaking her head no saying we didn’t ask for them, then asked if we paid for them, I assumed since we asked specifically for them that we did. We drove to window to try to get resolved, said we’d pay the difference that we just wanted the waffle fries instead, she said she was looking at receipt and we didn’t ask for them, just arguing and saying no to telling us she’s the manager when we asked who to complain to wouldn’t give her manager name. We still asked if we could pay for them, she took headset off and started mopping. We found this qr code after calling complaint hotline, left message with Thomas. She came back up to window and said she had the cook start the waffle fries and wanted to know if we wanted manager name or if we wanted the fries and said if we were going to continue with the complaint she wasn’t going to give to us, so we said we just wanted the waffle fries. She tried saying we were yelling at her and if we listened thru her headset we would understand that she can’t hear rite on it. It just went too far and bc of the wait the rest of food was cold. Very disappointing
