First of all this restaurant is consistent and they put out quality McDonald’s. I had to come on here and leave a review. I placed an online order and it was smooth to order and easy to pick up through the drive through. I ordered a Big Mac with extra Mac sauce and extra pickles. Let me tell you! Who ever made this sandwich, ummm I wanna marry you! Seriously the best Big Mac I have had in a while. Thank you for being an awesome McDonald’s just down the rd from me that when I want some McDonald’s food, I will get quality and delicious food. I appreciate that.

I had the worst experience there I ordered 4 mcdoubles 2 with no pickle no onions and 2 mcchickens well the mcchickens were old and kinda hard and the topper of it all is my first mcdouble had onions on the bottom of the burger and the rapper said it was a no pickle and no onion and I figured mistakes happen but then my second mcdouble had the cheese coated in onions and the worst part is it was in between the two Patty’s not on top like normal or even bottom I called and asked about what time the gm would be there and the lead was like I am not sure…. um I feel he was lieing he took my name and said I could have a refund and or another meal I’m not sure I like the idea of them doing it again considering it was 100% intentionally done… wow grandmound McDonald’s that’s not ok and I’m just glad I’m not allergic to onions….

Drive thru order. Pick up window worker barely acknowledged me. Had his back to me at the window mostly and just handed out the bag without a word. Very impersonal.

Went through the drive-thru ordered my food then was told I couldn’t have my food or drinks because all I had was $100 bill I work hard for a living it’s cash it’s money I shouldn’t have to go to the bank and then go to McDonald’s you are a multi-billion-dollar corporation you should be able to accept $100 bill McDonald’s in Grand Mound about now be the last restaurant I think of going to because they choose to inconvenience their customers rather than just Implement a way to tell if bills are fake or not the manager was extremely rude didn’t make any exceptions wouldn’t give me the Frappuccino that they already made instead chose to throw it away rather than give it to a customer who had cash and was there for an order I would not recommend this McDonald’s I would highly recommend any other McDonald’s or any other restaurant
