I order off of DoorDash from this chick-fil-a and when I got my order it was completely soggy and the kids meal was missing. When I went back up to chick-fil-a the manger would not assist me said everything needed to be done through door dash I just wanted it remade he even said he would eat the food after looking at. I’m usually not mad with chick-fil-a but this restaurant has disappointed 3 times now and the Customer service is not how it should be. I do not recommend them.

This is the worst Chicfila I’ve ever been to. The staff is always horrible and they’re constantly messing up our orders. They messed up our order today, told us to come back and we will get the order remade. So we did and they stated they wouldn’t give us the order because breakfast stopped at 10:30 and it was 10:35 when we got there. Chic fil a is recognized for their customer service and this store is a stain on their brand. Needs to be restaffed from the top down.. Thank you Ashley for promising something and not fulfilling. Now I have to go and get my wife food elsewhere. General Manager Gabe, I would recommend making some changes so people can have a better experience spending their hard earned money.

Ordered through door dash what specific instructions stating can I please have 8 honeys I select that honey on the app and I still was provided nothing. Chick-fil-A like the pride themselves on a lot of things but reading is obviously not one of them. I won’t be ordering from this location ever again.

Went thru the drive thru and it claims two lanes but at the turn not really wide enough for 2 cars and for me, the car on my left kept pulling up thinking I was trying to cut into her lane.i was just trying to avoid the curb on my right. The lady taking my order was very polite and efficient. The wait time for our food to be delivered was excellent but cars in front of us didn’t have their food yet, so you have to wait till they leave.

I always have a good experience when I order from this location. The food is always good, and the employees are pretty friendly and patient enough, from what I can tell. The lines can definitely be a bit discouraging, but they go pretty fast for the number of cars. I think that they get a bit backed up once you get to the end. For example, in some cases, you may receive your food, but still end up waiting for the person in front of you to receive theirs. It can be a bit of a hassle when you turn in as well. Still, it’s a Chick-fil-A, so there’s not too much that can go wrong.
