Picked up food for my hole family this morning, my husband went to take a bite of his egg McMuffin and saw a hair in it. Had do double check all the food to make sure there was no other hair. Me and my husband can’t even eat because he didn’t just find one but 2 hairs in just one egg McMuffin and different color hair at that. Not a good way to start the day. Won’t be going back to this McDonald’s again.

They refused to make an order and continued to argue with us about a dash for their store and showed them and showed proof of everything and they said we won’t make it and so we contacted both the customer about McDonald’s not making the order because they missed placed it. They normally have a code to pick them up but the door dash app didn’t get us one so… they can look it up by name and refused to do so… This store also I have ate at myself and they take absolutely for ever to make your food and forget to give you drinks and dipping sauce and all that… most of the people working are rude. Don’t waste your time

I personally come through here, at least once a day if not more five days a week and service has been getting steadily and steadily worse and worse every single experience today was the straw that broke the camels back. I went to go pay for my food with a $100 bill, which has never been a problem over the course of the last 3–4 months as that is the only bill that I had in my wallet the manager on duty informed me that they are unable to break the $100 bill as the register upfront was just changed and they are unable to break the $100 bill at the Manager station in the back And also unable to break the $100 bill in the drive-through register to me. It seems that McDonald’s no longer wants a regular customers business between their customer service that management has been providing at night. And the lack of friendliness provided by managers during the dayshift on a weekend. This place has gone downhill rapidly. Time of my visit was at 1420 hrs..

The place was not busy and it still took over twenty minutes to get our order. On top of that, more than half of the items were incorrect sizes or missing things (no cheese on cheeseburger).

In a hurry like most of us.. Not my favorite place, but wow, these things have gotten WAY smaller. Drive thru closed down (found out 3 people didn’t show up for work..wth!) so l went in. Got my to go order of ‘bogo’ sausage Mcgriddle w/cheese. I’m a small guy… You can see my thumb for comparison to size. With sandwich size & reduction of product inflation, this $5 order was only worth it for 2/1.. Man, stuff is just getting smaller with big prices! Decent gut bomb, but glad i don’t eat here but once a year. No harsh on Mickey D’s, just not my kinda food joint.
