Well this was definitely a first. I buy breakfast with my husband from the curbside pickup, take one bite into my hash brown, part of my breakfast sandwich meal, and immediately tastes mold. Look down in my hash brown and literally see tiny brown spots around the area I just bit from. My husband said his tasted fine but he also noticed the same spots on his hash brown but his was a lot hotter than mine and he ate it quickly but now is feeling like he’s about to throw up. I go back into the counter and very politely and respectfully inform them that my hash brown taste like mold and I apologized for being that person to bring it back and the gentleman at the counter apologizes, at first starts to argue that that’s not possible for it to be moldy but then replaces it without any other fuss. I thank him, go back to my car with my husband and we start to eat our food. We are now in one of the parking spots available for customers to park their car to go in or for when they get their food to park and eat. Then the same gentleman who helped me at the register comes over and says we can’t stay here. We tried to explain to him we had just gotten food and we were just eating it now and there was a little bit of communication breakdown because English wasn’t his strongest language, which I’m not complaining about, he was polite, but there was somebody else that was standing next to the door, a female employee, that seemed to be overlooking this whole exchange and was yelling over at him that it was OK, we can buy our food and leave, that we were not allowed to stay here and we had to leave now that we had purchased our food. Did not address either one of us, instead hovered by the entrance to the building and sent this poor other employee, who could barely speak English, over to tell us that we couldn’t stay there. Even though I don’t know any other McDonald’s where you can’t buy your food and then park to eat it. Was not in a curbside spot, was not in a spot reserved for when you’re waiting for them to finish making your food, was literally in one of their spots available for parking to get food inside or, for what I thought, to eat when you get your food. I literally just dropped about $30 getting breakfast at this place and they took one look at my car and came out, assuming we had just driven up to camp there because there is cardboard in the window because unfortunately it is busted and we cannot get it to roll up. So they profiled, judged and made their own assumptions as to what kind of people we were and what we were doing there even though I had just been inside and paid for all my food and came back outside and got into my car. Definitely the absolute last time I’m going to this McDonald’s. I guess I should have learned my lesson from the previous day where we had driven up and parked, once again in one of their parking spots for customers, was waiting for my phone to charge so I could use my app and pay for the food, and an employee came out and told us we’d been sitting there for a while and if we weren’t going to get food then we had to leave. And we weren’t even sitting there for that long. At most, 10 minutes.

Went through drive thru. Ordered Happy Meal chicken nuggets old & fries not hot. Called spoke with really nice manager she will send out coupon to replace meal. That is the only reason given 3 star because of management.

This is first McDonalds I’ve been to which doesn’t give free refills on beverages like soda or tea. When I ordered a cup of ice, no problem getting large cup of ice. Asked for refill on ice from another employee & she acted like I was breaking their rules.

A few things.. when a customer orders online, and substitutes bacon for sausage, you give them 2 strips of bacon..NOT ONE. And when the customer orders an additional side of bacon, you include the additional side of bacon SEPARATE from the substitute. When a customer orders a milk as a PART OF THEIR MEAL and then an additional milk, you include TWO milks total not one. I don’t understand what’s so hard. This is common sense. Mistakes happen but this has happend on 4 of my last 6 orders through uber (which i didnt even complain to or mark items missing) but I guess I have to at this point.

I’m surprised! This was the first McDonald’s I’ve seen that looked clean and nice. The service was a solid 5 out of 5, and the food was delicious too. Everything was as pleasant as it could be. I’ll definitely be coming back!

They decided to give me no buns at all. Worst McDonalds in town. I recommend 4814 Center St location they are very friendly there and never make mistakes

The workers here are absolutely horrible. They have no respect for their customers or fellow co workers. The disrespect i’ve received and witnessed is unbelievable. The few times i’ve been here i’ve ran into the same guy and he takes no accountability. I don’t recommend eating here at all.

Just letting who it may concern that I had a wonderful time here. I had the greatest service from the employees of this particular mcdonald’s.. especially Iris.. she is a new employee as of today June 24th 2025

I give her a hundred Stars because she has the best customer service. Her smile is worth a lot as it made my son and I feel good. She brought our food out. It was hot. It tasted good and that’s what I wanted you to know. I use my app to order and thank you for the deals.. and the price was just right for me. Thank you

I gave five stars because this facility is clean. I got fast service and since I’m from out of state, I had no idea that they close at eight! I got there right on time.. Probably about 15 before they closed. Anyways, the manager who locked the door was very nice. She told me that they close at eight and I could still take my time I was done so I told her thank you.!

I had a great experience here. My order was ready before I even got my change. Everything was clean and tidy.
Maria came out to clean tables and I asked her if I could get a coffee refill. She went and got it for me. She suggested the survey from the back of my receipt. She was very nice and hospitable.
I think that this was the best McDonald’s experience that I’ve ever had.
