I had ordered a gyro and fries, AM SOO DISAPPOINTED I BEEN WANT ONE AND WHO EVER DID A MESS OF A JOB. MY MEAT WAS OVER COOKED AND HARD, MY FRIES WAS ALSO BAD COLD AND HARD.. WHY WHEN WE ORDER FOOD DELIVERY IT IS A MESS!! PEOPLE CAN’T AFFORD SPENDING MONEY ON FOOD AND IT COMES BACK HORRIBLE. I DON’T KNOW IF THIS ARBY’S NEAR HYDE PARK BUT STAFF AND MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO DO BETTER. THIS IS WHY I GET MY GYRO FROM AUTHENTIC RESTAURANT.

Carryout order came up fast. Counter staff was friendly and responsive. He disappeared for a couple seconds, and returned with a pup cup for my dog. Nice surprise! Food was hot.

I’m in Cincinnati, Ohio and this is a strange setup. For people who’s not familiar like myself, this looks like a sure way to get into an accident. It’s at the corner of a strip mall. If you’re not careful someone could hit you while trying to drive up to the window to pay and get your food. Now….I had my mouth watering for a roasted turkey gyro. Bought 2 and brought it back to my hotel. I sat down ready to eat and didn’t like it. The gyro was too salty and wet. Not happy at all.

I gave my order to the cashier and it was rung up incorrectly. The burger I ordered looked like it was thrown together,so messy it fell apart and it was barely warm. The last time I was there I ordered the 2for 6.99 fish sandwiches.When I got it one was fish and one was beef and cheddar.

Drive thru wrapped around the parking lot because it’s moving about 1 car per 10 minutes. Tried to come here over the weekend and they were out of cheddar for their beef and cheddar and also out of Coke. What is going on here??
