Came in on a Saturday evening. It seemed a new place. It was not too busy… Took our own order on the machine, and it was about 15 minutes until we got our meal. And it was accurate, in terms of what we ordered and the ingredients we opted-out of. There’s a tall skinny guy behind the counter who seemed friendly, which is nice. Bathroom was fairly clean, along with the dining area.

Two of the three people that helped us were very rude. When ordering the young man who was taking our order was trying to rush us and asked if “that was it?” After every meal and was just very bluntly rude. I advise the manager to keep a watchful eye on their employees and make them do better.

I haven’t been to this McDonalds for awhile. Didn’t know they tore down the old building and built a new one. This building is a square soulless box with no decoration or personality. The old one first had a racing theme. That was replaced by a native American theme. Which made sense since it is located on an Indian reservation. This has no decoration or theme. It is all just brown. Gray and beige. It is dark and dank.

I can’t remember who took my order at the drive thru but that person was spot on with their customer service and patience. I usually have a good experience here. I may have a slight bias because this was one of my first jobs (at this very location). That was 2.5 decades ago though. I doubt any of the staff is the same as long ago. I firmly believe that when employees are happy & performing well then that says something positive about Management’s treatment of their staff. Keep up the good work y’all.

After working a double at the hospital I just wanted to stop to get something to eat at a place that is supposed to be 24 hours. When I arrived the drive thru had wet floor signs blocking it with note why and I arrived at 1120pm so even if it was like all the other McDonald’s in the area and close at midnight I was there with plenty of time. I thought well maybe they want me to go to the window so I drove there yet again no sign to say they closed early. Absolutely ridiculous and annoying. Definitely not what I wanted to deal with after a long day at work.

it’s fast food and it’s late night so it was about all to be expected. The guy taking the order was half asleep or baked, not sure and the women handing out the bags of pressed precooked patties with special sauce was as nice as an apple pie. I think she should share whatever she is doing with her coworker.

Went there ordered 2 4 PC Happy Meals, a number 7 (2 cheeseburgers), and 2 Spicy McChicken and got home to find there were no nuggets and the cheeseburgers were in the happy meal boxes. Every time this place messes up the order. I will drive further down the road to a different McDonalds before returning to this one.
