I pay extra for dipping sauce and I get a tiny bit of un-melted cheese in a cup.. really? No more stealing my money for you! This is not the first issue I have had with food from this Applebee’s. This place has went downhill the last few years. It’s not the servers or waitresses, it’s specifically the food. My wife and I ate inside a couple months ago and received chicken that had so much dirty grill tar on it, we couldn’t eat it. The manager did apologize and remove it from the bill – which showed fantastic customer service… But this is a restaurant, and the quality of the food is just getting worse and worse. Honestly, I’m done giving this place a chance. You can’t run a restaurant on good service alone – the food needs to be held to a higher standard. No way is that kitchen area is kept very clean. I’ve worked at restaurants before; the food tastes like a dirty kitchen/grill. It has been getting worse and worse every time we give this Applebee’s a chance.

Had the best service here. Our waitress was incredible. She was bringing us sauces to elevate the food (try the oriental sauce with the wonton tacos — you’ll never go back) and holy moly it did.

We had our anniversary dinner there the food was wonderful and the portions are unreal. We ended up taking home as much as we ate there. I had the shrimp pasta Alfredo that was really good. The service was excellent, just all around it was a great meal!! Pictures included are of our dinner tonight. I had the chicken Caesar salad that was wonderful we ordered the sampler appetizer platter that was really really super good. Dave had the steak sandwich with sauce and he said it was really good as usual. Applebee’s always has good food the service was very nice too.

Always leave here feeling satisfied the food is excellent and the service is very kind and friendly. This time came in for my daughters birthday and again very pleased!! I love the fact I kept it hidden from my daughters knowledge that Applebee’s employees knew it was her birthday, that they also didn’t spoil it. How the team gathered attention away from our table by clapping and initiating a birthday celebration and eventually began making their way to our table. I kept watching back and forth my daughters reaction and the team and she was completely surprised by it and it also made her feel special. You guys nailed it!! Thank you very much!!

We came for lunch and our waitress was Carly. She was very attentive. We ordered the soup/salad special and sirloin steak special. The soup/salad special is usually good if you can find a soup that you like. My wife liked the French Onion but unfortunately, she ordered it last. My steak was ordered medium but came back well. No time to wait for another so I ate it. My fries came late and were well salted so beware. The manager graciously gave consideration for the steak and so I considered it good. We will go back and try something else. There is a lot on the menu that looks pretty good.

Had a grilled chicken breast it was loaded with salt, sent back got second one with no seasoning. Got coffee, it was good just luke warm though not hot. Nice to have more options for diabetics and those with salt restrictions. Great service! Great atmosphere. Not criticizing just suggestions. Thank you.

Order the new burger that was suppose to be drowning in queso cheese. Mine only had a little cheese. I told the manager is she only made excuse. She said we only put it around the burger. I said the picture shows alot more cheese that this. Service was good but I got up and left. Will not be going back because she didn’t care an once about it. I’m a veteran and always went there with good treatment but lately the food has been sub-par. I also went when it was not that busy like around 345pm.

Always enjoy coming to Applebees. It depends on the time of day which makes for a better meal, though! Lunch for me seems like the best time of day. The crowd is better and the staff isn’t as busy to it’s easier to get served and the food is better and hotter than at night. Although, the food is normally always good here. And the staff tries hard to serve you well.
