Black Angus in San Bernardino off of Hospitality is a pretty good place to have a Family get together. They have plentybof seating and you can make reservations to make sure there is plenty of room for your party. We had a party of about 30 people and our Waiter/Waitress team was on top of everything considering the size of our party. The food was pretty good even though the kitchen did mess up a few orders but our Servers were quick to correct any issue that came up. We went on a Sunday evening and we pretty much had the place to ourselves which was great. The Manager even came out to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. Definitely would go back again.

The food was fantastic. The service was absolutely terrible. Our server was devoid of all hospitality. He forgot my mother’s twin tail lobster and when she pointed it out he made a lame excuse of, “I didn’t hear you” even though he repeated the order back to her.the manager seemed more worried about being blamed than fixing the issue. The waiter was rude as well. Service industry is definitely not for him. Too bad to because the food was great. Won’t be going back.

So, this place has changed drastically since the pandemic shutdown, and not in a good way IMO. The decor has shifted from dark and intimate with tall leather booths to a Denny’s or cafeteria feel, but the prices are still high. In their defense most of the food was still high quality, and the Wagon Wheel appetizer was great. I had the filet mignon, which was very good, my husband had the ribeye, but felt it lacked flavor. The dining room was nearly empty, too. Service was good. The bar might’ve been a better option for environment, but the prices will still be high.

My first time visiting this location. I usually visit The Black Angus in Ontario and this location is far Nicer. It’s much larger and plenty of parking. Food was delicious, service was excellent and the Atmosphere was Awesome. I was impressed how clean and modern the restroom was plus is close to me. I will definitely return soon.

Service was ok, they weren’t that busy. It took some time to find a server for refills & condiments. Some dishes were hit or miss. Some steaks were cooked exactly as ordered, and others were overcooked. They didn’t have an issue taking the bad ones back & replacing them. Everybody loved their desserts. Overall it was a good visit, could use some improvements.
