Reviews
Friendly fast service.
Clean spacious place
Convenient location
Large busy parking lot.
There was no clear guidance or customer support option to resolve the issue, making the overall user experience quite frustrating.
What compelled me to write a negative review was an interaction with one of the staff (Trevor? Tyler? I’m not sure)
I got half-empty fries and I pointed it out. Looking at the half-empty container, the staff seriously said:
️ ️ “It just *looks* empty because the fries settle.”
I didn’t realize gravity magically deletes half the fries. Also, these were just made fresh, so that excuse doesn’t even apply.
I’m displeased by the tendency to under fill the fries, but that isn’t the end of the world. But receiving pushback over correcting the issue is bizarre.
A customers shouldn’t have to argue to get what they paid for. Please do better, because being dismissed and talked down to over something this trivial is unacceptable.
Also, heads up this location has long lines. And some of the staff are really nice and especially lovely. Trevor, Tyler, or whatever is name is — sucks.
Oops, something went wrong. Try using the search field below.”. What a waste of time.
This McDonald’s and the other one near the interstate are fighting for 3rd place.
All of the problems I listed in my other review are also present here – usage of old oil that makes the food taste terrible, and almost a guaranteed omission of something we ordered or the way something was ordered.
What’s worse, I tried to go through the drive through with my motorcycle (it has a front cargo area I put the food in – I do this all the time without issue at nearby DQ and Wendy’s) and the automated system doesn’t detect a car so the staff seem to literally not be able to do anything about it. I can just hear the speaker telling the car behind me to pull up.
I got so angry that I drove past all the cars waiting on the right side of them, and went directly across the street to DQ to order.
I don’t know at what point a vehicle becomes unacceptable to McDonald’s to be worthy of using their drive through, but if it’s not allowable they will never see a dime of my money again and I’ll be sure of it that all of my riding buddies also are aware of their discriminatory behavior towards motorcycles.
