ordered two mcdoubles and a sprite for takeout at the kiosk at 8:30 in the evening, took them almost 15 minutes to hand me my order; there was no dinner rush, and multiple people were visibly standing around talking in the back.

I hate giving poor reviews but this McDonald’s just can’t seem to get things together. Not sure what it is, as I’m sure the staff must be trying their best, but the error rate here is very high. Also wait times are very high regularly for the drivetru.

It’s fast food. So far this branch has never messed up any of my orders. The staff have been friendly and always inviting. I have never eaten inside. The wait in the drive thru are mostly reasonable in my experience. Also never had the ice cream machine broken on me.

Edited to add the rest of my Kirkland McDonald’s experience: I waited in the pull up spot for 25 minutes for my order, it never came. All the ice in my half full coke melted while we waited. I went inside to check on my food and the gentleman behind the counter scoffed at me. He got upset because I noticed they forgot to make my order. He got upset when I asked for a new drink because the ice melted while I was waiting and it was only half full. He got upset when I checked the bag and noticed he left out the extra hash brown. He got upset when I asked for my 2nd hash brown. He looked extremely hungover.

We came through the drive through and we’re asked to wait in parking stall #2. It took 26 minutes for us to get our food. The order was wrong & fries were burnt. I went in to get the order corrected but several people were in line for a similar reason. I waited about 5 minutes and left. (The staff was friendly and apologetic when delivering the food to our car.)

Horrible customer service. My husbands order was incorrect. He came back the next day to tell them about their mistake and get a credit towards his next meal. He didn’t want to eat right away so they told him to come back with his receipt and they will give him a replacement. He came back on his lunch break and they were rude and said they wouldn’t honor it and no one had spoke to him. He will never eat at a McDonald’s and we disputed the charge with our bank and received our money back.

We made the mistake of dining in at this place on the last day of school and it was NOT a good experience. We waited 30 minutes to get our order and by that time the fries were not as fresh/hot. Moreover, we ordered 5 happy meals and got the exact same toy. When we requested to exchange, the employee said they need to use up all of the same toy first before they can switch to the next but she will “make the exception” for me if I go back and ask for an exchange next time and she happens to be the one on duty. Well, that is ridiculous. What are the odds of me going back, let alone catch her on duty? I do not recommend going to this location.
