Ordered a 2x cheeseburger meal with NO ONIONS and I opened the bag at home and BOTH cheese burgers were ONLY ONION. NO cheese, NO condiments, NO pickles, just a PLAIN burger and ONIONS. The ticket for each burger was labeled correct as “cheeseburger, NO ONION” on both but

Fried cold, limp, unseasoned.

YET again they messed my order totally up again.

Won’t EVER return to this location. This is the third time I’ve had a major issue with food. How hard is it?? Just lazy.

Note: Cannot eat ANYTHING an onion touches, so this was inedible and I wasn’t going BACK OUT to get this fixed. Refused to deliver a proper order when requested. No refund offered.

I just need to say the the quality at McDonalds is always consistently great. You always know what you are going to get and the service is always quick and dependable. I wouldn’t necessarily be one to comment on McDs but a recent experience at Blazing Onion prompted this. My wife and I ordered two burgers for pick up and paid over $40 without drinks. My wife’s burger was over cooked to the point of being charred and burnt and my burger was sloppily put together and difficult to eat. Very disappointing for the money.

I pulled up to the drive thru to place my order, but the previous customer’s order stayed on the screen the whole time, so I couldn’t see the menu. I let the staff know about the issue, but I had to repeat myself multiple times because they kept asking me to repeat what I was saying. After repeating myself about six times, they said they couldn’t do anything about it and continued asking what I wanted to order. They then asked me to pull up to the window.

When I pulled up, they started rushing me to order even though I still hadn’t seen the menu. I had to Google the menu on my phone just to decide what I wanted. Since they were in a hurry trying to meet their time requirements for corporate, they rushed me to the next window, and the employee at the payment window, Tiffany, had a bad attitude. When I asked to speak to a manager, she gave me even more attitude.

At the last window, the manager, Ono, was there. I explained the situation, but she didn’t seem to care at all. She just kept asking what I wanted to order, even after I told her her employee Tiffany had provided horrible customer service. She then acted like she didn’t understand what I was explaining because of a “language barrier,” even though it was clear she understood what was happening and just didn’t want to address it.

In the end, all she did was point me to a phone number where you leave a voicemail and wait for someone to call you back. This was the worst McDonald’s customer service experience I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. It’s disappointing to see employees giving attitude and managers not caring at all.

Normally we drive through and get our food to go but today we decided we were going to go in and sit down take a little break from work. This has been the best sit down experience to a McDonalds. The service was VERY fast! And Shirley was a delightful person to order from and ask questions plus her smile added to the environment. The food was hot and fresh and we even ordered more after our meal. It is very clean in here and lots of places for sit-down. Even the playland looks great. We will definitely be back.

This is a nice location, the lobby is clean and the kiosks make it very easy to order. The staff is young and friendly. The drive-thru can be crazy busy most nights after the lobby closes! Also, it’s all about the fries!

Ordered using the McD iOS mobile app. Picked up in the drive through. Love the iOS app. Great features, easy to use, and wonderful UI.
Super quick service, friendly staffs in the drive through. All the staffs seemed to be like young kid’s good job they were all friendly, smiling and welcoming. I visited on April 2nd 2021, evening. First time I’m getting a 5/5 service from McD.
Ordered: Spicy chicken sandwich, Crispy chicken sandwich and 6ct chicken nuggets. Loved both the chicken sandwiches yummy and tasty. Good job McD . Looking forward to coming here regularly.

Not once but two times my burger has not been cooked. The bun is soaked in grease on half of it as well. When we ordered a 6 piece for our daughter twice they gave us a 4 piece instead of a 6 piece as well. This is not okay. Repetitively messing up specially leaving things not cooked thoroughly is a risk.

Clean store, well lite, friendly staff and clean bathrooms.
My only gripe is the quality of the food and the portion of ice-cream I got when I requested a soft serve without a cone. I swear the amount ice-cream I got in the cup wasn’t close to the cone would receive. They filled the Sunday cup 1/3 of the way! I asked about it and was told cones are supposed to be 4 ounces. I asked if they would weigh what they gave me. But, respectful they declined due to very busy rush. I wasn’t gonna be the jerk that ruined the flow they had going over some ice-cream. Thusly, I swallowed my pride and accepted the outcome and moved on.
I also had a snack wrap, im don’t know why, but it was awful. Everything tasted like it was fake. Rubber tortillas, runny ranch, plastic cheese shreds and the chicken used in the wrap is just a giant nugget with pepper in the coating. That too was cardboard tasting.
I hope this helps anyone that might happen to want an ice-cream cone without a cone. Make sure it’s proportionate. Only seek correction if you’re unsure of the weight and they’re not swapped. Out of respect for them and allow them to do thier job. Either wait for the right opportunity or the next time you order ice-cream with cone, make surento mention the weight portions (politely .) I know I will.

I live close by this location and have often used it. My boys come here too. We have the app and enjoy a couple of the features but not many. This location does have a hard time following instructions when it comes to specific orders. If no cheese is requested, it still ends up on it, no mayo requested and comes with mayo or sometimes a burger is missing. We often do a shareable as it’s a good price and my boys are teens, they can eat. It’s rough when the order isn’t always correct or sometimes the fries aren’t always fresh or slightly cold. We don’t notice until we get the food home. Again, it’s literally a 3 minute drive so it shouldn’t be cold.

The inside is always clean and the staff have been pretty cordial too.

The hours don’t always match to what it says. I find this location seems to set its own hours sometimes and closes early some nights. Not sure if it’s a staffing issue or not, but they need to make adjustments if it is to properly show closing times.

For example they were closed before 730 on 2/9 yet it says they are open til 11. Need more accuracy with food and hours at this location, otherwise everything is great here.
