Ordered thru McDonald’s app for delivery. I just don’t understand why you wouldn’t put the proper utensils in the bag. I did NOT receive straws for 2-mochas & 1-coke which the coke is fine..but the mochas? Then there were no napkins?
That can ruin the entire experience.
Also as you can see, both mochas are super low? Like really?
I didn’t have a complicated order.

Every time I order an iced coffee here, it tastes like iced water. I kindly ask them to use less ice and add the right amount of coffee, but they ignore it. It shouldn’t be this hard to make a consistent iced coffee. I just want to enjoy my drink without my day being ruined. Please train your staff and make this a standard.

I was waiting at the front to use the bathroom. I made eye contact with someone and asked if they could unlock the bathroom for me, but they ignored me. I had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come to the front kiosks. And it was only because another associate needed the bathroom unlocked for themselves (have to push door while another associate is buzzing) good grief!!!!! bathrooms were decent though 🙂

I’ve marked this location on the maps to make sure I never step foot again. 6 workers doing us a favor they are moving any muscle, slow walking people are pilling up on driveway and in store a guy was waiting for over 30 minutes for a bag with fries. Ives waited over 30 minutes for a big Mac and coke. I had to leave just asked to get the drink which tasted horrible. What a big fail. Next time I should first inspect and see what kinda crew member are in charge before I send the order. Good luck

The food is usually good but it’s really frustrating that they care more about their drive thru times than customer service. We are sitting in the front with at least seven other cars that are all waiting for the food we ordered through the drive thru and there are so many people waiting that they can’t even figure out which car goes with which food. You know it’s bad when you don’t have enough spaces for the cars you’ve parked and you have six spaces for them. To make matters even worse when we finally got our food it wasn’t even hot. So why are we getting pulled forward if you’re not cooking our food? Really disappointing. I used to work from McDonald’s and I know that you pull cars forward when it’s going to take more time for an item then is reasonable for a person to wait, but if you’re just pulling every car forward for your drive-thru times, that’s terrible customer service.

I waited roughly 20 minutes between ordering and receiving my food at this McDonald’s. When it arrived, it was cold and incorrect. I didn’t have time to wait another 20 minutes for a correction. I attempted to call the store and was placed on hold three times before giving up. I won’t return and don’t recommend this location to anyone who values hot food and a timely lunch.

They forgot 40 nuggets from our order and wouldn’t attend us. I get they couldn’t make nuggets since they were in the middle of cleaning up, but they could have helped with a refund. Quality of service has recently gone down at this place, and this was a perfect example of that. Mess ups like that are very frequent.

Great location fast and reliable. Except every time I go the cost of double cheeseburger goes up. App says $3.69 but they charge 4.19! Last year was $2.79, then $3.19, 3.27, then $3.69 a few months back.
Then to charge .50 more than the app! I know that each city has a few cents difference on tax but this is absurd.

I had a hard time communicating with the cashier because they didn’t seem to understand English well. It made the ordering process confusing and frustrating. The staff should receive better training to improve customer service and communication.

When we got there one of the workers held the door for me and my kids. That was nice! The food came really fast, order was correct. Regarding the atmosphere, on the way out one of the workers was standing there with a grumpy look on their face. A “have a nice day” would have been nice. Overall it’s a great McDonald’s though!
