I would say 9 out of 10 times that I go here they get my order wrong. I just used the app for a free quarter pounder (my points) added lettuce and tomato, which I had to pay for and there is no tomato.

I’m writing to let you know about a bad experience I had at one of your restaurants. I met one of the rudest employees I’ve ever come across, and it honestly shocked me. I walked up to the counter like I always do, planning to pay with cash. Instead of taking my order, the employee insisted that I use the kiosk. I explained that I was paying with cash, but they still refused to take my order and basically refused me service.
I’ve never had a McDonald’s employee talk to me like that, and it really left a bad impression. I wasn’t being rude, I wasn’t making things difficult — I simply wanted to place a normal order at the counter. Being pushed away and told to use the kiosk, even after saying I’m paying with cash, is not how customers should be treated.
I’m not writing this to complain for the sake of complaining. I’m hoping management can address this so nobody else is treated that way. I’ve always liked McDonald’s, but this experience needs attention.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I went in and ordered at the counter. Payed and thought nothing of it 30 minutes later when theres hardly no one inside they never put my order in the system so I had to wait even longer. Then they missed some of my food. Worst McDonald’s ive ever been to will never be going again.

had two orders, received a soda that wasn’t full and had to ask for a completely full one. they then forget the second order, informed them they missed our second order and they genuinely could not comprehend what we were missing after telling them multiple times and showing them the receipt. and then asked if we got our sweet tea. where on my receipt did it say sweet tea? NO WHERE!!!! They tried to “give” us our second order and it was legit just the fries. MIND YOU all we got were a fry and a 4pc nugget in that order. AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY FORGOT THE SAUCE. took us THIRTY. THIRTY MINUTES to get through that. what happened to fast food? i’ve experienced some bad mcdonald’s and this was by far the actual worse. this actually ruined my night. you need a new closing crew.

This McDonald’s sucks . I waited over 15 minutes for my food and when I received it it was still cold. The manger had my food just sitting while 3 orders skipped mines . I’m not sure if this was personal or lack of communication but after waiting nearly 20 minutes my food was still cold . Do better McDonald’s I’ll need calling corporate to receive my refund .
