Pho Sure was a place that appealed to me as I noticed they had Lemongrass Chicken. I was greeted and seated right away and ordered the Lemongrass Chicken, Spicy Dumplings and Cucumber salad. The Lemongrass Chicken was good, but the chicken seemed to me more simmered than flash fried in a hot wok (missing that sear and smoky flavor) the dumplings were ok, but were served cold or room temperature. The Cucumber salad was really good, nice balance of sesame flavor, mirin and vinegar. I would give them a try.

Had the shrimp pad tai with a scorpion cocktail. Not top line but fair. Would like to try other dishes. The noise level prevented conversation. The rest room was clean.

Pho Sure has been our family-favorite since moving to MA in 2017! However, I certainly would like more meat in my $18 #2 XL Pho (is it less due to take-out?). Also, don’t appreciate the “packaging fee” based on principle (Are other restaurants doing this? Can I avoid it next time by bringing my own bag?)

This was our first time trying vietnamese cuisine and i am glad we chose this restaurant as it didnt disappoint. The menu for main course is vast and extensive but they hardly have more than 5 appetizers. Chicken pho sure was tasty and flavorful. Tapioca bobas were also good. Good place if you love noodles soup

I’ve come here multiple times and it’s always great. They recently moved to a new location and it’s a very nice upgrade. Lots of natural light.
Service was top notch. We got vermicelli bowl, sate beef pho, chicken pho. Everything was very nice. I do wish they put more pieces of beef in the bowl but that’s about it.

Awesome food, service and new bar. We have been good customers for over a decade but especially love the new location. With a parking lot directly across the street We had no problems parking. The outside seating area will be really nice this summer.

Great lunch with friends at Pho Sure Shrewsbury on Shrewsbury St in Worcester! Lori took such good care of us — amazing service all around. I kicked things off with a delicious espresso martini made with Vietnamese coffee — so smooth & full of flavor. For lunch, we enjoyed a little bit of everything: wonton soup, bánh mì, pot stickers, Vietnamese ramen, crazy noodles (a tasty nest of fried noodles), & crazy noodles that did not disappoint. Every dish was packed with flavor, fresh, & absolutely delicious. Already looking forward to the next visit!

Had a really good time here! The pho was very nice, I got the beef but tried the chicken too and actually preferred it. Also enjoyed the freshness of the spring rolls. The boba tea was tasty but a little thin perhaps from powder. The service was very friendly and quick, would come again.

SO good. Thought it was gonna be super Americanized food bc most of the clientele were not Vietnamese, but food tasted super Viet and really well seasoned. Also, my parents really liked it—and they’re extremely picky about Viet food especially. Every dish slapped, even the appetizers. Service was great too. Overall great experience.
