McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

Very poor service. Ordered a double Big Mac meal. After receiving the meal I notified management of the error. The manager reluctantly honoured what I had ordered but by this time I had almost completely finished my burger. This is what I received when the missing patty came out. Highly recommend not going to this location as the manager on duty was not great to deal with. I will be filing a formal complaint .

You can’t really expect excellence from mcdonalds but my hope was for something hot and filling. We ended up having the person yell at us to repeat our order; no big deal- then when we picked our food up the bag was literally shoved at us and forced into our car. The food seemed much more greasy compared to any other mcdonalds, with a small pool of grease in the box and trickling off the burger/soaked into the bun. The container of fries was also half full. Fine if you have no other food options but absolutely not my first choice of even fast food through seaside. Dissapointed for sure.

Like any other fast food place. Dine in, call ahead, take-out or drive through. The food is good for the most part (if it’s fresh) prices are outrageous though. Far too expensive for what you get and its continually going up fast.

Today, I went to Seaside for the Corgi meet-up and figured I could run inside for a quick order to go. I ordered at the self-serve kiosk, paid and proceeded to wait. I noticed full food orders being called after mine for pickup, I only ordered an iced coffee and a cheeseburger. I asked why orders with numbers passed mine were being called and was ignored. I saw another person and asked to cancel my order. I could see the iced coffee sitting on the back counter, as it had for 5 minutes. A manager came over and said in a rude manner, “We have your food, it will take longer to cancel the order.” I proceeded to ask to just cancel the order, the woman continued to yell at me as she gave me money back and said, “Just get the hell out”. I was appalled and I am sure other customers were also shocked. Poor customer service

Use the drive-thru, don’t usually get diet Coke but it’s a good buy at a dollar fifty for a large and it was very refreshing. I didn’t rate the food or the atmosphere because we didn’t go in. This was at Seaside McDonald’s. There are some traffic issues because it’s on Highway 101 and I think there is construction going on.

Openly mocked for stating fries to be undercooked today. I was told to examine the golden brown exterior — no, she wouldn’t taste one — that was proof positive that they were cooked to perfection. Horribly rude to a customer merely pointing out the obvious to anyone brave enough to taste. The replacement order was also undercooked. I’d put that manager on the unemployment list. Worst McDonald’s experience in 60 years of eating there. Well done (just not the fries).

At some locations, the service can be slow. At some locations, the fries can be lukewarm and clammy. At this location things are consistently pretty good! Thanks to the coastal team keeping this place running

My husband and I just went here and ordered 2 filet of fish, extra tartar on both and 2 small fries. $11.78 plus another dollar for the extra tartar! Opened up the boxes and the size of the sandwiches had shrunk! And there was no extra tartar! The 2 small fries were almost $6!!! We won’t be back.
