The morning crew on 03/08/26 was great. I don’t normally leave reviews for McDonals given my continuous underwhelming experience, but this McDonald’s crew was gread
great. The man taking our order was fast and friendly, the young guy who greeted us at the next window actually acknowledged our existence and handed us a coke that tasted great, and the lady who gave us our food was sweet and warned us about the potentially really hot food. Well done.

Honestly. Best McDonald’s I’ve been to in a long time. Better than the Astoria location fursure. Food feels way fresher whenever I go here compared to other locations I’ve been too. Staff are super friendly as well

The primary reason I’m writing this review is because of the excellent customer service I received from an older staff person, whose name I think was pronounced “Jay nese” during a very busy time.
Stopped in bc McDonald’s is one of the places my 92-year-old father is willing to eat when traveling and it was close to the City Hall that we needed to stop by for an appointment. Staff was maxed out between drive-through orders and in-store customers who needed make special orders or ask questions about their order. I was in line and even while moving back-and-forth very quickly to help her teammates fulfill orders, she made eye contact with those of us at the register waiting to make sure we knew that we were seen. She was very gracious and courteous, apologized for the brief wait (less than 4 mins) that we had, then took my order after answering the particular questions that I needed to ask on behalf of my elderly parents.
What I noticed was how supportive the staff team was with each other while they were filling orders nonstop. This was a very busy McDonald’s but the energy was also very good. the store was also very clean. There was a staff member cleaning while we were there keeping things at the drink station fresh and sweeping. I just wanted to compliment the team. The food came out just as expected and my father was very pleased.

Terrible experience every single time I need to go here. They follow me into the public restroom each time and stare at me while I’m tryin to relive my self while I wait for sunset empire transit to make it to this location for pick ups and drop offs.! Totally making me feel uncomfortable and violating my right to 6ft of personal space , im totally disgusted with they’re demeanor and lack of respect for the general public and there paying customers. ! I won’t be spending any USD of mine here again or believing that they are not targeting or profiling who they decide who isn’t up to there standards of appearance , cleanliness or financially able to purchase there food products.

This is hands down top 3 McDonald’s I have ever been to. As a ex McDonald’s manager myself I love this team of people. I’m a local here and couldn’t have been more happy to have a better place to get a quick bite. Today I brought a special order to someone I hold dear and they went above and beyond for me. This McDonalds is the nicest I have ever been to! Amazing service,very nice and friendly customer service, and extremely fast turn around time. By the time my family of 7 ordered and got to the table, they had finished preparing our whole order! The food was super good and workers were very friendly. I highly recommend this McDonald’s!

Best experience at a McDonald’s I’ve ever had! The food was great, the place was clean and items like napkins, straws, etc. were well stocked and organized. What made it an exceptional experience is the customer service provided by Travis. He was respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. I had gotten a frozen drin ink that I ended up not liking much due to taste and it was not very cold,, and he immediately offered to exchange it for free. He was so kind, polite, and efficient. I saw that when he wasn’t behind the counter, he kept busy by wiping tables, checking the drink station and sticking and cleaning if needed. You really have a stellar employee in Travis! Thank you!

Ordered 2 burgers and 2 6 piece nuggets they didn’t give me my burgers and I didn’t realize until I was home plus each of the nuggets only had 2 nuggets in them, I couldn’t feed my family for the night and my kids went to sleep starving. I’m assuming the big man behind the counter ate them or something. Please reach out I want either a refund or credits for 2 cheeseburgers.
