We need to band together to push this company to do thier job. We go to FAST FOOD restaurants because we need something fast, especially drive thru. Why should i go park to wait 15 minutes for a standard dqp just to push the whole line to the parking lot because corporate can see how long someobe has to wait. You go inside and they all moving like snails so sure they will probably add secret ingredients to your food and i dont recommend eating it, but at least corporate can eventually make the needed corrections to ensure a team is hired (or automated) that can manage the job.

I want to know why none of the McDonald’s in this area will put a tomato on the new quarter pounder deluxe? I only ever got the burger one time made as advertised. Since then, I’ve ordered it 4 more times at various locations. All they did was put about 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise on it, but no tomato. Is there some sort of tomato shortage? Are the employees hoarding all the tomatoes to sell on the black market? And what’s with the gobs and gobs of mayo?! And none of these locations will pick up the phone! And online customer service is only for app complaints. McDonald’s is over.

Like most reviews on here, the people and especially the Manager are Getto. The stole my money. When I wanted a refund because the food was cold and smashed the Manager took the food and refused a refund and then laughed about it. This place is an absolute joke. Called customer service and got no response. RIPPED OFF!!!!

Unless you’re in a hazmat suit avoid this place. The staff was useless and the manager refused to have anyone clean. Instead he sat around laughing with the line crew. I would say use drive through if you had to, but even that’s tempting contracting a virus.

I realized my order was wrong before getting my food and by the attitude I received from the staff I felt like I did something wrong. I was told “I read the order back to you. But ok”. There seemed to be a lot of conflict going on in the back end about this. I never raised my voice I actually apologized that I realized the order was wrong at the second window. They were yelling at me asking what food I wanted 3 times. I received a refund, but never an apology. The lady dropped my change handing it to me at the window. I’m very disappointed . Tension was so high between the workers I was afraid to ask for condiments.
