Not a good location to eat at. Ordered online 2 of their footlong menu subs and neither was made right, main ingredients were left off both and the manager was not willing to fully rectify it and provide all of the missing items. One was the Great Garlic chicken that ended up having a minimal amount of chicken scraps (definitely not chunks of chicken like the advertisements) and they didn’t put on the bacon or the “2x cheese”. I paid extra for large specialty subs and ended up with bread and vegetables. I recommend going elsewhere.

If you have to have Subway and this store is your only option, watch that they make your sandwich correctly, with all the meat and cheese. And especially watch what they charge you and definently count your change. Tried to contact mngt about being over charged but got nowhere.

I wouldn’t even give it a one but it doesn’t give you the option to do that. We ordered a sandwich and used Apple Pay, the owners said they didn’t get the order and wouldn’t give us our sandwich. After 10 minutes of them refusing to give us our food a nice man said he would pay for it. No one should ever have to do that. I thought that the point of a business was to make customers happy and they did the opposite.

What a joke. Since the new ownership took over things have gone downhill. Had a terrible sandwich a few weeks back, but said hey I’ll give it another go cuz Subway is usually good. Never again will I step foot in Subway. The sandwich was terribly made, the foot long was 9 inches long with almost no filling. The meat was half frozen and not toasted like ordered. Told them exactly what topping to put on only to get the sandwich with almost everything missing. They took it off my sandwich and put it on someones salad cuz they ran out. Service was OK, but they definitely do not know what to be doing. Maybe yall should have saved a few former employees to teach the new ones. I knew I should have gone to Publix, but the line was looking, now I know why. Definitely DO NOT recommend.

Went in about 12:30pm on December 28, and the most pleasant experience. Arcadia is a nice little town, with very pleasant people, but my experience in this Subway, was awesome, so friendly, talkative, put a smile on my face! Thank you. Sandwich good too!

Ordered my Sub on the app , when I got there it still wasn’t even made , then the young man who was making it didn’t read the printed ticket and just put cheese on my bread at stared to put it in the toaster I had to tell him that’s not what I ordered, another woman stepped in and finished my sandwich telling me she was sorry they don’t get a lot of Mobil orders and he’s new!
