Look at the Mc Donald’s APP picture. My order: The buns are smashed/crushed/aired-out. The pickles are as dry as construction paper. The patty, not only does it smell bad like chemicals, was it microwaved??? And the fries were cold upon driving onto the freeway, about 2 min away, so didn’t turn around. Note: Service was friendly and accommodating.

They wont take your order inside. You have to use the kiosk, even the elderly and disabled. They still have covid era plexiglass up. And they are filthy. They give you coffee cups with expired Monopoly tags. The kiosks don’t have receipt paper.

This whole group needs to be fired. Anyone responsible for managing the team on 11/15/25 at approximately 3:00pm should resign immediately or be fired. What a joke this location is.

Update.
Don’t waste peoples time if you’re not going to follow through. This is nothing more than lip service if you don’t make changes. Paying people $20 per hour and passing that cost onto the customer, means the service should reflect a higher quality. All you need to do is look at the number of 1 star reviews.

Waited 10 minutes for 2 drinks in the drive thru then one of the drinks aren’t even filled up to the top, lazy and cheap location.

I’m surprised this McDonald’s hasn’t been visited by the district manager or a higher up. First, of all the mobile machines inside are all non working except one that doesn’t even print out receipts. The workers are slammed and some are rude. Customer service sucks. If you want to work at a fast paced place, work faster. Double cheese burger had all these extra toppings and everything was a mess. Get on top of your game!

We ordered a children’s set and a big mac combo for almost $20! Employees gave only one sauce for the entire order and when asked to give another sauce refused, said that it was an additional fee for the sauce and refused to give one 1 additional sauce, 1 mother of his sauce, a shameful restaurant. Very bad service. No receipts available at the kiosk, extremely long waiting time, and then my order was canceled.
The place was dirty and poorly managed. This is unacceptable for McDonald’s.
Where is the manager? Who is supervising the staff?
Overall experience was awful.
I do NOT recommend this location. Next time I’ll go to Taco Bell instead.
One star. If possible, go somewhere else.

I visited one of your locations yesterday evening, but to my surprise, it was closed before 9:00 PM, even though the posted hours indicated that it should have been open.

Could you please ensure that the operating hours are updated and accurately reflect the actual hours of service? It would greatly improve the customer experience.

I’ve come to this spot often for a chocolate milkshake. But now they’re not even chocolate milkshakes, they’re…swirled? I hateeee plain vanilla milkshakes (especially being 6 months pregnant, I’m particular), which is why I got chocolate. This has happened 4 times now. What is hard about making a chocolate milkshake?! I got the easiest thing on the menu besides a dang coke! ‍♀️

Finally, I went up to the gal at the second drive thru window and I said, “oh do you guys, like, swirl the shakes now? It’s not full blown chocolate?” She was confused, so I showed her the shake, and she said, “that’s a chocolate shake.” Like girl please, this is clearly half chocolate. She was clearly annoyed with me for asking, didn’t bother to fix the issue, didn’t asked if I wanted it remade, and had attitude when I drove off. This was at around 1 PM today.

My husband was with me, and he used to work at McDonalds 10 years ago. He said they’re just being lazy. He said he’d go back in, but I said forget it, never coming here again. I’m done spending money here. They make $20 a hour for this kind of service and can’t even make a milkshake? My money ain’t going here no more. Drain the swamp!!!

They’re overcharging customers, over paying employees, all to make half-assed orders then give you attitude, or forget things completely.

We came here so many times before the shake incidents too, and they either gave us the wrong order, or forget something. My husband had to go back in threes times in one day because it was so wrong.

It looks like a nice McDonald’s on the outside, but don’t let that fool you…go to Taco Bell next door. They’re faster, nicer, and never mess up my order.

Do not go through the drive thru… it will take forever. I sat in the line for 10 minutes and did not move. Everyone behind me started backing out and leaving so I followed suit. It then took 20 minutes after ordering inside to receive my order. I hate that this is the only convenient place to where I live, because I dread having to deal with SLOW SERVICE.

EDIT(4/19): Service during peak hours is always mediocre, but service at night is horrendous. It easily takes 25 minutes to get through the drive thru.
