The 2 star comes strictly from my experience with the falafel sandwich. My first time here. Presentation was so deceiving. Flavor was nowhere near a decent falafel sandwich. Sorry but this was a miss. 2/10. No flavor. Tahini was not any better when I tried some extra sauce hoping it would make it better.
Advice: falafel shouldn’t be cut shawarma style bites. Very sloppy. But looked good.
P.S in response to the owner, adding whatever to a falafel sandwich shouldn’t have anything to do with the falafel texture and flavor. So extra parsley and adding lemon slices had nothing to do with the falafel itself. You need to listen to your customers and not justify urself. I’ve read multiple replies from u justifying the criticism instead of learning from them. Best of luck

My experience with demascus falafel was nothing short of excellent! The people are kind and hospitable, the store had beautiful decor and plenty of seating options, and of course the food was superb. The falafel wrap taste authentic and true to what it should be. The beef platter had rich flavor and variety. Portions are sizable and satisfying! Only thing I would change would be adding utensils and napkins to the bag. Thanks again!

I come here with my partner a lot, as it’s close to home and we both love shawarma and falafel. The food is excellent, especially the falafel, and the staff is always so incredibly kind whenever we walk in. I went in on my own recently and one of the employees asked about my partner, and when I told him she was sick he offered to add some lentil soup to our order to help her feel better. Huge shoutout to Mike and April for always being so kind and welcoming 🙂

staff was so helpful helping us decide what to kid. everything we ordered was delish and then fed the baby on the couch while we had the most delish cake and dubia mocha latte! better than starbucks hands down!

We ordered the Shawarma tray for 4–5 people, and it was a hit with everyone! April, the crew member who prepared it, did an amazing job and the presentation looked even better than the photo on the menu.
The falafels were fresh, the fries came with a nice sauce, rhe crunch wraps were delicous. And I really enjoyed the shawarma steak/chicken.
