We travel so unnecessary to say I visit alot of locations nationwide and I personally would say this location and Moriahs contribution to McDonald’s is beyond exceptional!!! During my stay in the area she more than 1 time rocked each portion of my visit I would say easily in the top 2 of locations I have been to thank you Slaton McDonald’s for all your kindness and making my mornings much brighter! 5stars all categories great staff clean restaurants positive atmosphere thanks a million!!!

I visit this store, at times twice a week due to me working out here. Every time I have come, the store is clean and the staff is great. Felicia and her team, are awesome. The service is received from Moriah today, lead me to leave this review. Keep up the Great work, and doesn’t go unnoticed!

Worst McDonald’s ever. Cashier was really nice. Correctly took our whole order. Took over 25 mins to get our food inside. They weren’t even that busy, I was at first giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were short staffed. Finally received our food but our large Carmel macchiato wasn’t present. When I asked about it they said it was coming out shortly. Halfway finished eating I asked about our drink and they still said it would be out shortly. Everybody finished eating(even the slower eating kids) and we still didn’t receive our drink. So I went up to the counter and saw about 6-7 employees messing around. So the problem wasn’t understaffing. I asked a guy about our drink and he looked and saw it was halfway made but never finished. So instead of starting over he used the same drink that was left sitting around getting old. We get this drink all the time and the way it was made here was very poorly and way under par. I had to talk to 3 different employees to get a cold drink 40 mins after it was ordered and for it to not even be made properly. If I was the Gm I’d take down my picture hanging in the lobby. Weak leadership develops weak teams. See pictures for how the drink was made and it wasn’t even full. Spend $40 for “fast food” that needs minimum prep because it’s all frozen. We could have gone to an actual restaurant and spent the same money and time. Do better. Get because your brand is a clown doesn’t mean your service has to be the same.

Went through the drive-thru for breakfast on 3/6 on my way out of town. Arrived around 8am, and there were no cars in line. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle with a hot black coffee. The food was ready for me as soon as I pulled up to the window. The McGriddle was exactly what I expected, and the coffee was bold and strong with no bitterness. Great execution at this location. Very pleased.

New McD’s appearance, I hadn’t been to this place in a long time. Ordered my food via app; when I arrived the food wasn’t to be found, seems as if they they were having issues with the app orders not coming through. Long story short they took a little bit to correct the order but, nice and courteous goes a long way!

I went through the drive thru this morning, best experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s wish all the McDonalds in Lubbock would come and train at this location. The McMuffins were prepared perfectly and the staff was so nice and curtious. I think all McDonalds managers and employees should come and train at this location.

This was by far the most disgusting visit ever to a fast food chain. The person with me are half in the car in the dark before noticing it was raw. McDonald’s best believe if he gets sick it’s on you!
