We got our order wrong (one burrito was missing and they gave me steak instead of beans for my nacho fries) and the manager was VERY rude to us. She slammed the door in our faces when we were explaining how our order was wrong and was talking very rudely to us. We told her we were going to contact Taco Bell and she yelled “go ahead it’s your word against mine and now I will slam the door in your face” and proceeded to slam the window in our face. When we got our corrected order is was still made really badly. The very poor customer service along with the quality of the food are the main reasons we will no longer be going to this Taco Bell.

Didn’t get our order right. It was about 6:40-7pm and lobby was locked so we had to go back through the drive thru to get the missing items and correct other items not made correctly. Recommend checking before leaving window of drive thru.

Interrogated after I got all the way home, driving back and waiting in line for 20 minutes. They forgot a power bowl and when I finally get back to the speaker, I told her I am missing something from my order that I ordered 40 minutes ago. She tells me “usually people come back sooner than that”. I said “well I live 10 minutes away so 10 minutes to home, 10 back and 20 in line”.

I am having a hard time finding something good to say… The lady at the window was very nice ( but slow) I think she’s new. So we’ll stick with very nice. Other than that… My burrito supreme was just ok. My daughter seemed to like her Mexican pizza. I’ll give it another try to see if they get any better!

All they care about is their drive-through times, they will literally make you drive around to the drive-through again while they “make your food”. Better off going to the one in Wellington this one is terrible.

With the removal of the green sauce packets, not much variation between the free sauces, just that flat tomato/pepper flavor with variations in heat. You can add onions for free on some items, and that helps. Inputting the order yourself, on the kiosk avoids confusion.

Worst cinnaballs ! There was no cinnamon on them anywhere….. How does that’s even happen ? The people that use to work there were amazing, but the person on the drive through window was rude. I’m not planning to return. The people that work there may thank that’s fine with them, but the owner will not feel the same way !!!

In general, I’ve always liked Taco Bell. There were no surprises with the food; I mean, it’s Taco Bell. The service was adequate and quick, which is surprising in this area. And I was also surprised that my order was correct. It always is at this place. What I don’t like is that this place is always empty and freezing cold. But that’s a personal thing. I will return here.
