I came to this restaurant to eat with my son order some 2 McDoubles, large fries, a hot fudge sundae, and a large sweet tea my son asked me if he could get some water I told him to go and he went to go ask the lady kept repeatedly asking if do you want a water cup or a soda he said water then I’m just like why you asking him the same question 4 times and then as he goes to get water she’s saying make sure you’re getting water and I said hey if my son wants soda I would have bought him soda you don’t have to keep asking him if he is getting water and she responded like it’s our policy lady was extremely rude and unprofessional I don’t appreciate this disservice she said her name was Liz

Let’s start off the review by saying it’s McDonalds. Their food is consistently mediocre but you always know what you’re going to get. That’s both good and bad. The fries are always excellent and fresh. If you buy their quarter pounders at least you get fresh beef.

No wait to be greeted at the drive thru and less than 1 minute to have food handed to me at 2nd window. Food was hot and tasted very fresh and very consistent with what you’ve come to expect from a McDonald’s. Employees at Window 1 and Window 2 both smiled when greeting me, and both employees thanked me and wished me a good night. Drive thru was well lit and easy to drive thru and not too narrow of a lane that some drive thru lanes have become. Outside of the building and the parking lot were very clean in appearance and free of trash.

We got Mcflurries and a hot fudge sundae. We used a code from the McDonald’s app to get one free Mcflurry. It was late but the ice cream machine was working fine and both the Mcflurries and sundae were very good. Service was great! We didn’t go inside. We used the drive thru and were happy to get our ice cream quickly and get back home to eat it!

This McD’s is best in Folsom and nearby areas, no really. The staff make or break this location. As a newcomer to Folsom, this staff is friendly, funny, family oriented and professional. WiFi is ok. The bathrooms, clean. There’s some food or restaurants close by, but this location has a nice atmosphere and quick drive thru. Both inside and out this location was great in food and service. In short, during the day enjoy inside and at night try the drive thru.

Do NOT get thier new chicken specials! I don’t know what happened to when they used to have quality chicken, but this is the 2nd time i got thier ‘special delux’ chicken sandwich and thier isn’t anything delux about it! The bun is ALWAYS burned and barely any lettuce on it! For a $6 chicken sandwich I would WAY prefere the old one that used to be on the $1 menu! McDonalds (at least this location) is going down hill major time! Plus the fries are always way too salty! If my kids didn’t love the place, I’d never eat there again!

Every time I come to this location, I ask for extra onions on my burger. This is the 4th time that they have given me almost no onions. I don’t have time to come back every single time this happens to get it fixed. I also ask for extra Mac sauce and get charged for it just to receive the normal amount of sauce. The food is too expensive to get less than par quality.
