Ordered for curbside pickup. Waited out front for 40 min. Finally went in, and they said they didn’t have my order. Showed it on my phone screen, then they found it sitting to the side and tried to give it to me ice cold. Had to ask for them to remake it, seems crazy to have someone wait so long then hand them old food.
And the new indoor layout is god awful. They don’t staff the register as they want everyone to use the kiosk. Which is fine, but at least keep an eye out for the register. If you need to go in because they forgot something in your order you can’t even get anyone to the counter to help you for 10-20 minutes literally every time. If you go in it feels like no one is working “the front.” Prices are through the roof and there isn’t even anyone to serve you or correct problems. Go to literally any other location if at all possible.

Worst location in all of Tracy California. They forgot two of my items the first order and then completely messed up the next order. Had to call corporate because nobody at the store picked up. Finally got a call from one of the managers days later telling me that I could come in and get a cash refund. Come in to get the refund and get told they can only remake a few items. Go to either of the 11th McDonald’s. Esella needs to go back to managerial customer service training

This location was filthy. The workers didnt show any kind of Will to do anything. The manager was rude and lazy everyone had an attitude and dirty look on their face. You ask for napkins and they roll their eyes at you. The food was cold and undercooked not to mention the kitchen was just as dirty as the lobby

You order at the kiosk or you dont order at all.
The Kitchen is hidded behind walls so you cant even see whats going on back there. They like to make you think its all more efficient.

The service was awful. The staff was unfriendly. No one greeted us. They forgot something in our order, soda was flat. When I asked to use the bathroom because it was locked the staff member gave me a hesitant look and said cool, “you can use it. But it’s for customers only.” My husband was completing our order on the app and I needed to use the restroom. Ordering on the app or in store app is the only way to order!

We came drive thru to order food we have waited for 5 minutes to place the order no body was responded so we ran to pay counter and told our order to the person she was very rude and needs to change her behavior
