Im not one to complain, but every time we give this place a shot they give us a reason no to go back. They either put all the ingredients on a plain burger or just flat out forget to give us the item we ordered. This was definitely the last straw this was supposed to be a “large” fry ♀️

Ordered a big mac requesting no onions or pickles. I was served a sandwich with the top patty completely missing. Literally bun with nothing in between, then bun with patty, cheese etc. How the fkkk do you forget to put a hamburger patty on a sandwich? Oh, and they served my sandwich with onions and pickles. Poor excuse for employees.. and people believe fast food workers deserve to be paid more?! What a joke

More then once this place has messed up my order and this time was no different i did a mobile order got there and checked in. I waited like 25 mins for them to bring out my order and when they finally brought out my order it was missing half of it. So after telling the guy what was missing he said he would be right out …. Another 10 mins later I decided to walk in and see what was going on and they had no idea what I was missing what I needed so I told them and finally got the rest of my food another 10 mins later so by the time I got home everything was cold and gross it was a waist for 46$ will not be eating there again .

Service horrible, cleanliness, horrible.food bad and 35 % smaller and 15 % more expensive. Coffee ..now it’s almost mud water. McDonald’s should be closed done. Un friendly un clean. What’s they purpose now just robbery ? Go to In and Out. Or anywhere but this Mikey Doodies.

My review is only for good customer service! I had to pick up some last min food for my child and I received excellent customer service from Alexis. She was very friendly, upbeat and had wonderful human relation skills. The food is okay but her service is fantastic.
