Sometimes when I passing by their couple locations, quite crowded. Today I just had time so decided to step in for lunch.
The restaurant doesn’t have AC or ceiling fans, turned out today was kind of hot, lucky they have outdoor seats.
I ordered California omelette with pancake, foods are fair, nothing stood out, minimum but friendly service.

One of the best breakfasts around!
We were there on a Sunday morning (around 8:30 am) and didn’t need to wait, but by 10 it definitely gets crowded and you’d need to wait a minimum of 30 minutes.
They changed their menu and removed one of our favorites, the Almond Joy pancakes, but they could still make it fir us. Which were amazing as always.
Also had the crab cake eggs benedict with fruits and an extra side salad (for $1.99) and was pretty decent.
Good service, great food with consistent quality, and good coffee!

Bill’s A Beautiful place to wake up slowly Sunday morning over breakfast. Sitting in a comfy booth, w shaded patio just outside my large picture windows. Watching the sun’s rays streak across the sky & listening to a full, just waking up, crowd of families & couples. morning murmurings & easy smiles exchanged across the open restaurant. Quiet & professional wait staff.
Enjoyed a hot omelet.

I arrived before other guests, yet they were seated and served ahead of me. The waiter was rude and didn’t take my order correctly, which caused my food to come out wrong. I had to send it back to be remade, and only after a different waiter helped did the situation improve. My son’s chicken nuggets were undercooked, and he refused to eat them. My chilaquiles were extremely spicy so that I couldn’t eat more than two bites. Overall, the experience was frustrating and very disappointing and I still have to pay for bad food and service.

Very first visit “Bill’s Cafe” this morning even we been lived in the Bay Area over 30 years!
This is a small restaurant if compared with “Denny’s” and much better service!
We was quickly seated and Carlos our waiter fill up our coffee cup right away! And he been watching us from few tables away, he walk right over soon as Wu put the menu on the table to take our order!
My wife doesn’t like the bacon in her California Benedict, so Carlos substitute with some spinach! And I ordered a Mexicali Benedict!
Food was very quickly coming to our table, Carlos also refilled our coffee.
There are at least two other waiters walking by us and check if everything are all right and if we have other needs!
The portion is huge for both of our orders and wa delicious, I almost finished my plate.
Tablet side payment process also quick and easy to pay our bill!
We will come back to enjoying another meal on the future with them for sure!

Best breakfast we have had in years. Big portions. Star of the show was biscuits and gravy, then the strawberry pancakes were amazing, Denver omelette, eggs Benedict, even the hash browns!

i tried the crab cake egg benedict with country fried potatoes and they were so so delicious. the staffs were helpful and kind. i came to bill’s cafe at 10 AM so atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. recommended and will come back!

Bill’s never disappoints me I love all there locations. I stop by for breakfast with the family because I was in town picking up my motorcycle. They had outdoor seating setup out front and it was nice. The food is always amazing and this staff was so friendly and was on top of there refill game. Highly recommended for breakfast. I can’t wait to come back.

Denver Omelet – 4 eggs so it’s huge, with hash browns, toast & coffee. The omelet and hash browns came out semi-warm, but I think that was the service. I also shouldn’t have an empty cup of coffee or water to refill. For their prices, I’d prefer they semi hover. Mid-morning, they were not busy.
